2. Which developing Asian country first set the year 2020 as the target year in which it would become a developed nation?

Answer: Malaysia

The "2020" target was first set by Malaysia's visionary Prime Minister, Mahathir Mohammed, who sought to turn Malaysia into one of Asia's powerhouse economies. One of the "Asian Tigers", Malaysia's efforts to become a developed country suffered a setback in the Asian financial crisis of 1997, but it has managed to rebound and has resumed growing at a robust pace. Of late, India's President, APJ Abdul Kalam also wanted India to become a developed country by 2020.
3. In the US, perfect vision is denoted by doctors as "20/20 vision". How is it denoted in countries like France and India?

Answer: 6/6

"By looking at lots of people, eye doctors have decided what a "normal" human being should be able to see when standing 20 feet away from an eye chart. If you have 20/20 vision, it means that when you stand 20 feet away from the chart you can see what the "normal" human being can see. (In metric, the standard is 6 meters and it's called 6/6 vision).

In other words, if you have 20/20 vision your vision is "normal" -- a majority of people in the population can see what you see at 20 feet" Source: http://science.howstuffworks.com
