Of the four answers given, only the firearms have a condition to their being lethal; the others, direct sunlight, crosses and bladed weapons, can do harm regardless of what they are made of. If they see a gun, the chances of the bullet being harmful to them is minimal.

Unless you are using silver bullets, the wounds will just seal over. However it will slow them down, while you race in with a stake or a bladed weapon to decapitate them.
