2. Years after the gunfight at OK Corral Wyatt Earp left and went to prospect where?

He went to Alaska then relocated to California.

He led resistance until the mid-1870's then negotiated for peace.

Answer: 9th cavalry/10th cavalry

The 10th cavalry was posted to Montana and North Dakota to fight the indians. The Indians called them "Buffalo Soldiers" because when they first saw them they had buffalo robes on in the winter and their hair looked like the main of the buffalo.
