Originally formed to patrol the Republic's borders.
3. What year was the Northfield, Minnesota bank robbery by the James-Younger gang?

Answer: 1876

The Younger's were cousins of the James's. Frank and Jesse abandoned them when the raid went wrong. One Younger was killed two others were wounded and captured.
