3. Who created the work "Protect Me from What I Want", which was at one time displayed on a giant LED sign in Piccadilly Circus, London?

Answer: Jenny Holzer

4. Whose work entitled "Wrapped Coast" was literally a coast which has been wrapped?

Answer: Christo

In 1969 Christo and Jean-Claude literally wrapped the coast of Little Bay, Australia with fabric and 36 miles of rope. Known for the large scale of his 'earth' works, Christo has sadly also hurt an eco-system or two.
5. Whose sculpture titled "Puppy" stands four stories tall and looks to be entirely created of flowers?

Answer: Jeff Koons

One of Koons' tamer works, "Puppy" is created using a steel frame and flowers! And if you were paying very close attention, this work of art made a cameo appearance at the beginning of the James Bond film "Tomorrow Never Dies".
6. Whose "Voice of Fire" consists of three vertical lines of colour on a giant canvas?

If, like myself, you are Canadian, you might be aware of the huge controversy this work of art created when the National Gallery of Canada payed $1.8 million to purchase it.

Pick any two colours and Rothko has likely created a work using them. Rothko was one of the first artists to work with the idea of 'colour field', and his generally large canvases can be seen in galleries across America.
8. Which artist, known for his 'soft sculptures, created the work "Giant Hamburger"?

Answer: Claes Oldenburg

"Giant Hamburger" which sits in the Art Gallery of Ontario is, in my opinion, absolutely hilarious! It's definitely one of my favorite pieces in the collection.
9. Which artist created the "Walking Woman" series?

Answer: Michael Snow

Canadian artist Michael Snow used his "Walking Woman" in as many different ways as he could fathom. Also a video-artist, one of the most public of his works are the Canadian geese which hang above one of the escalators in the Eaton Centre, downtown Toronto.
10. Which artist created the minimalist work "Zinc Magnesium Plain"?

Answer: Carl Andre

I have always loved this work by Andre, a grid of zinc & magnesium tiles. Andre took minimalism and mathematics to new heights.
