Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. After Naruto, Shikamaru, Kiba and Neji caught up to the remaining members of the Sound Four, which one of them transformed into Jirōbō, to try to fool them, and use the chance to steal the coffin with Sasuke in it?

Answer: Shikamaru Nara

Shikamaru used the Transformation technique (Henge no Jutsu), a technique that can allow the user to transform into other people, animals, plants, even objects.

This technique is taught in the Ninja Academy, as one of the basic Ninja techniques. It's classified as an E-Rank technique - though, it's one of the most difficult E-Rank techniques to master.

Hand Seals required for its usage: Dog (Inu) → Boar (I) → Ram (Hitsuji).
2. Failing in the attempt to trick the Sound Ninja into believing that one of them was Jirōbō, Kidōmaru caught most of them in his Sticky Spider Web (Shikamaru, Kiba, Neji and six of Naruto's Shadow Clones), except Naruto himself.

Answer: True

Naruto only sent his Shadow Clones to attack Kidōmaru and hid himself, to wait for an opening for another attack. Sadly, that didn't turn out as planned, because his counterattack was ended prematurely, by Kidōmaru.

The Shadow Clone technique is a B-Rank technique that allows the user to make corporeal clones of himself. These copies can be destroyed by a single, solid punch. The clones have a few other features, from the fact that they look exactly like the original one, such as distributing all of the user's Chakra among the clones, and with it are able to perform techniques on their own. Plus, after a clone has been eliminated, his experience and knowledge are transferred to the user. This technique has an enhanced version, called the Multiple Shadow Clone technique, which is an A-Rank technique.

The technique was created by the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju.
3. Chakra, like in all techniques, is a component required for their usage. But what was the second component required for Kidōmaru's Spider Web, that made it so sticky?

Answer: Spit

Kidōmaru's Spider Web technique is classified as a Hidden technique (techniques that are passed down from one generation to another, in certain clans, and are forbidden to be taught to outsiders).

The sticky Spider Webs are so elastic and durable that they could even support two elephants. This was possible because Kidōmaru's Chakra was constantly flowing through the webs. They can only be destroyed by infusing Chakra into them, as Neji said himself: "A thing made from Chakra will be destroyed by simply putting Chakra into it."
4. During the battle between Neji and Kidōmaru, the Sound Ninja had already heard of Neji's Taijutsu, the Gentle Fist. Was Kabuto the one who had informed him of it?

Answer: No

Actually, it wasn't Kabuto, but Orochimaru himself.

The Gentle Fist (Jūken) is a Taijutsu (Body technique) only used by the members of the Hyūga Clan. It's not like the Clan doesn't allow it for anyone else to learn it, but it's because no one else can - the Hyūga Clan possesses a certain Kekkei Genkai (Bloodline Limit), the Byakugan (White Eye), which allows them to see through solid objects, as well as telescopic sight, and near 360º field of vision. Also, with it they can see Chakra - all needed for the usage of the Gentle Fist.
5. How did Kidōmaru harden his Spider Sticky Gold?

Answer: By exposing it to oxygen

Kidōmaru used to harden the Spider Sticky Gold into many types of weapons, such as various Kunais, bow and arrows. Also, he was able to sweat out an Armour of Sticky Gold, which covered his whole body.
6. What was Kidōmaru's summoning creature?

Answer: Spider

A giant black spider, Kyodaigumo. She has the ability to release an egg sac full of baby spiders, that can encircle the opponent in web and immobilise them.

The Summoning technique is a Space-Time Ninjutsu that allows the user to teleport animals or people, or even themselves, by sacrificing a few drops of their own blood. To summon some creatures like Kidōmaru's Kyodaigumo, the user must first sign a contract in blood with that type of creature.
7. The Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot. Where does the blind spot lie?

Answer: Behind the first thoracic vertebra

The Byakugan (White Eye) is one of the Three Great Dōjutsu (Eye techniques), beside the Sharingan (Copy Wheel Eye) and the Rinnegan (Saṃsāra Eye).

This Dōjutsu is a Kekkei Genkai (Bloodline Limit) of the Hyūga Clan. Also, these eyes belonged to the Rabbit Goddess, Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, and one of her sons Hamura Ōtsutsuki.

As I mentioned before the user of the Byakugan has near 360º field of vision, plus can see through solid objects, has telescopic sight (the farthest visual range shown was around 10 km) and also can see Chakra and the Chakra Pathway System.
8. Of the three arrows that Kidōmaru shot at Neji, with a purpose of hitting his blind spot, how many of them actually pierced Neji? (never mind if they hit the blind spot or not)

Answer: Two

Even though Kidōmaru missed Neji's blind spot, two of his arrows fatally wounded him, one below the left shoulder (from the back side) and the other one in the lower right part of the abdomen (from the front side).
9. Because the Sound Four were late with delivering Sasuke to Orochimaru, Orochimaru couldn't take the pain that his body was under, so Kabuto decided to get a new, temporarily host body for him. How did Kabuto choose whose prisoner's body Orochimaru should take over?

Answer: The one who survived a contest to the death between the prisoners

Kabuto just simply opened the prisoner's cells and made them fight to the death, until one remained, with the "promise" that he would be set free. The name of the winner was Gen'yūmaru, a male seventeen years old. As he soon discovered that he would become Orochimaru's host, Orochimaru granted him one last wish, which was to set his fellow Clansman, who were captured for Orochimaru's experiments, free.
10. Who willingly chose to sacrifice his own life to bring Sasuke to Orochimaru?

Answer: Kimimaro Kaguya

Because the Sound Four were running late with their delivery of Sasuke, Kimimaro, knowing that he was slowly dying of his illness and that he was no use to Orochimaru anymore, went to secure Sasuke's arrival.

Kimimaro Kaguya was a member of the Kaguya Clan and a member of the once Sound Five, until he fell sick. Originally, he was supposed to be Orochimaru's host body, but again because of his illness the matter was put aside.
