He even lost his wife in "Casper", to death. Pullman did finally win Sandra Bullock in the movie, "While You Were Sleeping", probably because his brother was in a coma for a few days.

Bill Paxton played the role of Fred Haise in "Apollo 13", with Tom Hanks and Kevin Bacon. Unlike Pullman, Paxton was born down south in Fort Worth, Texas in 1955. Paxton has appeared on the "Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and has played host to "Saturday Night Live" also.

The entire cast of this movie is so outstanding. You really are hoping that Bill Pullman finally gets the girl. Of course Sandra Bullock waits till she's at the wedding altar to say that she really doesn't love Peter Gallagher, but loves his brother, played by Bill, instead. This is not quite perfect timing, but is better than after the ceremony.

This movie was not publicized very much, but it's a great movie. Richard Gere was supposedly killed in the Civil War, but returned to his wife years later. Was Richard really Jodie's husband? The town and Jodie tried to say he's not the same man, but Richard said otherwise. Of course Bill Pullman lost the girl again in this movie. Jodie stood by her husband right to the end.

This is another one of my favorite movies. Paxton plays the role of Simon, who loves to say that he's a spy, as a pick up line with women. When Arnold Schwarzenegger and Tom Arnold confront Simon, he runs scared. Poor Paxton, he doesn't get the girl and doesn't get the sale either.

Walter says, "Eight is too few and twelve is too many." Poor Pullman, he gets dumped so many times. This time he's dumped by Meg Ryan. Of course Meg leaves Pullman at dinner and rushes over to the Empire State Building. Oh, how romantic this is for everyone, with the exception of Walter.

Bill Pullman's wife passed away and he's always searching for her spirit. His daughter Kat, wants to settle down long enough to make friends. She does make friends with Casper, who was voiced by Malachi Pearson. But when Casper comes to life, he is played by Devon Sawa. Bill Pullman finally connects up with his deceased wife at the end of the movie.

Bill Paxton plays Helen Hunt's soon to be ex-husband, who gave up chasing tornados. I'm not quite sure why people do this, it doesn't seem like a fun hobby to me. But then again, maybe I'm just boring.
Back to the movie, Paxton and Hunt live happily ever after.

This was one of Bill Pullman's first movies. See if you can keep up with the plot. Danny DeVito is married to Bette Midler, but hates his wife and wants her dead. Bette Midler gets kidnapped, and Danny is two timing Bette with Carol. Carol is two timing Danny with Bill Pullman.

The funniest part of the movie is when Bill Pullman tries to rob Danny DeVito, and the cops are hiding everywhere. The Lt. says, "Give the bag to Bozo...". Bill is like "who said that?" The Lieutenant says that "this could very well be the stupidest person on the face of the earth...". Thanks again for playing and have a wonderful day!
