The quote occurred at the end of the mock dog-fighting scene in which Maverick and Goose flew below the hard-deck with Jester. Maverick and Goose soon found themselves in trouble not only for going below the hard-deck, but also for the fly-by. "Two of your snot-nosed jockeys did a fly-by of my tower at over 400 knots!"
