Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Alice had a crush on me. Who am I?

Answer: Danny Hassel

Hassel, born in 1967 in Red Bluff, California was cast as Dan Jordan. Dan was a handsome man and Allison really liked him and his looks. Dan was best friends with Alice's brother, Rick, and they hung out a lot. In one scene, Dan went to the diner, where Alice worked, and introduced himself to her.

At the end of the movie, Dan and Alice teamed up to take down Freddy and they were successful. In the last scene, Dan and Alice stood at a water fountain and Dan flipped a coin and told Alice to wish for something.

As Alice looked in the water, she saw Freddy's image. When Dan asked her what she wished for, she told him that it would not come true if she said it. Dan and Alice went back to their car and the movie ended. Hassel reprised his role of Dan Jordan in "A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child".

He was also in the TV movies, "Columbo: Murder, a Self Portrait" and "The China Lake Murders".
2. Once my good friend died, I got the ability, from her, to pull people into my dreams. Who am I?

Answer: Lisa Wilcox

Wilcox, born on April 27th, 1964 in Columbia, Missouri had the major role of Alice Johnson. Alice was a mild mannered woman and she often spaced out. In the beginning of the movie, her brother, Rick, told her she should fight back and taught her some karate moves. Midway through the movie, Kristen brought Alice, into her dream, and it was in the dream that Kristen was thrown into a boiler, lit on fire, and died. Before Kristen died, she passed on her power to bring people into dreams to Alice. Alice woke up and told Rick they had to get to Kristen's house.

When they got there, they saw that Kristen's room was on fire and her body was severely burned. During a physics test, Alice and her classmate, Shelia, were in a dream of Alice's and, in the dream, Shelia died. Alice blamed herself, for Shelia's death, since she brought Shelia into her dream.

At the end of the movie, Alice used a mirror to get Freddy to see himself since evil would die if it saw its reflection. Freddy died and, as he died, the souls of the children he murdered were released from his body. Wilcox reprised her role of Allison Parker in "A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child" and Alice was one of few characters to survive in two films of the movie series. Wilcox, also, guest starred on the TV series, "Chicago Hope" and "Walker, Texas Ranger".
3. My karate moves were not enough to defeat Freddy and I died. Who am I?

Answer: Andras Jones

Jones, a native of Santa Cruz, California had the role of Rick Johnson. Rick was Alice's brother and Dennis Johnson's son. They all stuck together and had only each other, since Mrs. Johnson died (this was prior to the film's events). Rick dated Kristen and loved her dearly.

He was not only passionate about her but about karate as well. Right after Shelia died, Rick had a dream in which he was shoved into an elevator and got off on a floor full of white furniture and walls. In this room, an invisible Freddy attacked Rick but Rick managed to fight back and, at one point, he kicked off Freddy's glove and the glove appeared.

However, Freddy got his glove back on and went right for Rick's stomach and stabbed him to death. At Rick's funeral, Allison daydreamed about how Rick climbed out of his casket and told her to not be so depressed. Jones had parts in the films, "The Prom", "The Demolitionist", and "Far from Home".
4. In Kristen's dream, I was with her on a beach. Who am I?

Answer: Kristen Clayton

Clayton had the very small role of a young girl named Alice. Right after Kristen drank some water that was laced with sleeping pills, she went to her bedroom and dreamed and, as she went to sleep, she asked to dream something nice. When her dream began, she was on a beach and relaxing in the warm sun. Kristen noticed a young girl and asked her what her name was.

The young girl replied that her name was Alice and Kristen told her she had a friend named Alice. Immediately after this, Freddy's claw was seen, in the ocean, and it moved towards the sand. Freddy appeared and Alice ran away. Clayton guest starred on the TV shows, "Freddy's Nightmares" and "Home Improvement".

She was also in the film, "The Hidden".
5. I was a single father, since my wife passed away. Who am I?

Answer: Nicholas Mele

Mele had the small role of Mr. Dennis Johnson. Dennis was Alice and Rick's father and struggled to make ends meet, since he was a single parent. In his first scene, he arrived home, after a long work day, and blasted Alice for giving him a small dinner. Alice went over and slammed the plate, on the table, and told her dad to stop being so cruel to her.

However, this was just a daydream, of Alice's, and Mr. Johnson told her to stop spacing out. Near the end of the movie, Mr. Johnson was seen, at the hospital, since Dan had just been in a car accident.

He prevented Alice from going into the operating room to try and stop the doctors from sedating Dan since she thought Freddy would get him. Alice took her father's car keys and went home to prepare to do battle with Freddy. Mele reprised his role of Mr. Dennis Johnson in "A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child".

He was also in the movies, "I Am Sam" and "Jimmy Zip".
6. Kincaid's dog, Jason, bit me at the beginning of the movie. Who am I?

Answer: Tuesday Knight

Knight, born in 1969, portrayed Kristen Parker, taking over for Patricia Arquette. Kristen was in the opening scene, where she stood outside Freddy's house and it began to rain. She ran inside the house and encountered Joey and Kincaid. They both assured her that Freddy was dead and, at the end of the dream, Kincaid's dog, Jason, leapt and bit Kristen's arm.

The next day, at school, Kincaid told Kristen that Jason probably bit her since he did not like how she brought Kincaid into his dream. In one of Kristen's classes, she saw Joey and Kincaid's empty desks and deduced that they had been killed.

She hit her head on the wall, and was taken to the nurse's office. The nurse woke her up and assured her she had a nasty bump. In Kristen's final scene, in her dream, Freddy tried to get Alice to come to him but Kristen told him to leave her alone.

She, then, ran up to Freddy and he grabbed her and tossed her into a boiler and she burned to death. Knight had guest starring stints on the TV series', "The X Files", "Profiler", and "2000 Malibu Road".

Shelia advised Debbie to get a VCR and they both continued to talk for a few more minutes after this. Right before the physics test, Alice and Shelia spoke, for a little bit, in the girls' bathroom. During the test, Shelia used her inhaler, since she had asthma, and her teacher patted her on the back.

In the middle of the test, Alice dozed off and daydreamed about how Freddy was the physics teacher. In the dream, Freddy went up to Shelia and sucked out all the air in her body and Shelia died.

When Alice woke up, Shelia had an asthma attack and died from it. Newkirk portrayed characters in the films, "Tapped Out" and the TV movie, "The O.J. Simpson Story". She also guest starred, for one episode in 1997, on the NBC daytime drama series, "Days of our Lives".

The lecturer told the students that this information would be on the final exam and, as he did, Alice dozed off.

When Alice woke up, she screamed since she realized that her brother, Rick, died in her dream. Shaye had roles in the movies, "Cellular", "Freddy vs. Jason", and "Festival in Cannes".
