Boris Becker is a right-handed German professional tennis player. He was the youngest player ever to win the Wimbledon final in 1985 at the age of 17, and he went on to win it again in 1986 and 1989. Since 2009, Becker has been a commentator for the BBC at Wimbledon.

John Dillinger (1903-1934) was a left-handed American bank robber. He served a few prison sentences during which he learned from fellow criminals and planned further robberies. He was killed by the FBI when leaving the Biograph Theatre in Chicago, Illinois.

Tippi Hedren is an American actress famous for her roles in the Hitchcock thrillers, "Marnie" and "The Birds". She is the mother of actress Melanie Griffiths, and is also left-handed.

Ellen DeGeneres is a left-handed stand-up comedian, actress and host of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show". She also starred in the sitcom "Ellen" from 1994-98 and provided the voice for 'Dory', an animated fish in "Finding Nemo"(2003). She married actress Portia de Rossi in August 2008.

Oprah Winfrey is a left-handed American actress, talk-show host and entrepreneur. She is best known for "The Oprah Winfrey Show" which ran for 25 seasons between 1986-2011. She also played the role of Sofia in "The Color Purple"(1985).

Jay Leno is the left-handed host of "The Tonight Show", which he took over from Johnny Carson in 1992 until 2009. In 2010 he controversially returned to host the show following Conan O'Brien's departure after a dispute about scheduling.
