The Republican member of the House from Oklahoma called the signals for the 'Riders in the 1980s.
2. Who was the first QB to start in both a Grey Cup and in a Super Bowl?

Answer: Joe Kapp

Joe Kapp played for the BC Lions in the 1963 and 1964 Grey Cups and later went to 'The Show' with the Minnesota Vikings.
3. Which CFL team did Warren Moon star for between his days at the University of Washington and the Houston Oilers?

Answer: Edmonton Eskimos

All those cities had CFL teams at one time or another in the early 1990s, but only Baltimore came home with all the hardware in 1995. They relocated to Montreal in 1996 as the Alouettes, resurrecting the team name from the one that folded in the 1980s.
