1. Arizona Diamondbacks

Answer: Randy Johnson

Randy Johnson pitched his perfect game on May 18, 2004 as a member of the Arizona Diamondbacks. On that day, the Diamondbacks defeated the Atlanta Braves on the road. The fact that Randy Johnson was 40 years old at the time made it even more of an accomplishment. The Big Unit also pitched a no-hitter in 1990 as a member of the Seattle Mariners.
2. Chicago White Sox

Answer: Mark Buehrle

Mark Buehrle pitched a perfect game on July 23, 2009, where he and the Chicago White Sox defeated the Tampa Bay Rays at home. Mark Buerhle was the second White Sox player to claim a perfect game. The first was Charlie Robertson, who pitched a perfect game on April 30, 1922. Later on April 21, 2012, Philip Humber claimed the third perfect game for the White Sox.
3. Cincinnati Reds

Answer: Tom Browning

Tom Browning claimed his perfect game on September 16, 1988 when he and the Cincinnati Reds defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers at home. Tom Browning almost pitched a second perfect game in 1989 against the Philadelphia Phillies, but this attempt was thwarted in the ninth inning.
4. Montreal Expos

Answer: Dennis Martinez

On July 28, 1991, Dennis Martinez of the Montreal Expos threw a perfect game against the Los Angeles Dodgers while on the road. Dennis Martinez was born in Nicaragua, which made him the first Latin American pitcher to throw a perfect game. The Montreal Expos were later relocated to Washington, D.C. in 2005 where they became the Washington Nationals.
5. New York Yankees

Answer: David Cone

David Cone threw a perfect game on July 18, 1999 as a member of the New York Yankees. In the game, the Yankees defeated the Montreal Expos at home. David Cone was the third Yankee to have pitched a perfect game. Cone's teammate at the time, David Wells, pitched the club's second perfect game a season earlier. Don Larsen, pitched the first perfect game for the Yankees on October 8, 1956 during the World Series.
6. Oakland Athletics

Answer: Dallas Braden

Dallas Braden pitched a perfect game for the Oakland Athletics on May 9, 2010 at home against the Tampa Bay Rays. Dallas Braden would later be forced to retire early due to an injury he suffered the following year. Dallas Braden was the second Athletics player to pitch a perfect game. The first was Catfish Hunter, who threw a perfect game on May 8, 1968.
7. Philadelphia Phillies

Answer: Roy Halladay

The late Roy Halladay pitched a perfect game for the Philadelphia Phillies on May 29, 2010, defeating the Florida Marlins on the road. That same year, Halladay pitched a no-hitter during a playoff game against the Cincinnati Reds. Roy Halladay tragically passed away in a plane crash that occurred in 2017. Roy Halladay was the second Phillies player to throw a perfect game.

The first was thrown by Jim Bunning on June 21, 1964.
8. San Francisco Giants

Answer: Matt Cain

Matt Cain pitched a perfect game on June 13, 2012, in a blowout 10-0 win at home against the Houston Astros. In the game, Matt Cain managed to strike out 14 of the 27 batters he faced, which tied a perfect game record with Sandy Koufax. Sandy Koufax pitched his perfect game on September 9, 1965 as a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
9. Seattle Mariners

Answer: Felix Hernandez

Felix Hernandez threw a perfect game for the Seattle Mariners on August 15, 2012 during a game a home against the Tampa Bay Rays. Felix' perfect game was the third of a trifecta of perfect games thrown in a single season. Philip Humber and Matt Cain were the other two perfect pitchers in 2012.

It was an unprecedented milestone seeing as there were only 20 perfect games recorded prior to 2012.
10. Texas Rangers

Answer: Kenny Rogers

Kenny Rogers pitched a perfect game for the Texas Rangers on July 28, 1994, where the Rangers defeated the California Angels during a home game. Nearly a decade earlier, the Texas Rangers found themselves on the losing end of a perfect game that was thrown by Mike Witt of the California Angels (September 30, 1984).
