Answer: Starkwood Chairman Douglas Knowles

Jack Bauer had read Senator Mayer's files and knew that Starkwood's Chairman of the Board, Douglas Knowles, had been helping Mayer in his investigation. Bauer contacted him, and he agreed to help them find the weapons. While Larry Moss and the troops were leaving, Moss created a diversion to allow Tony Almeida to slip back into the warehouse. Knowles found Almeida and led him to the location where the weapons were located.

Answer: Reporter Ken Dellao wanted to meet with her to get information.

Reporter Ken Dellao had a source in customs yard who told him that there was a firefight and that weapons of mass destruction had arrived at the port. Dellao told Olivia Taylor that he wanted information on it, or he would tell her mother about her involvement in having Ethan Kanin resign.

She agreed to meet with him and she told him everything but asked him to keep it quiet. He agreed to cancel the story if she rekindled their relationship. She recorded their meeting and threatened to use it against him if he ran the story.

Answer: A doctor gave him an injection to control the shaking.

The doctor from the CDC gave Bauer an injection to control the shaking that he was starting to experience. She also gave him a kit with needles for him to use, so he could inject himself every two hours if needed. She was concerned that the symptoms had shown up so quickly; she said it meant that the agent was more potent that they had expected.

He later began to show more symptoms including memory loss and personality changes.

Answer: Jonas Hodges

Douglas Knowles had guided Tony Almeida to a warehouse where he thought the weapons might be housed, but the area was being heavily policed, and Knowles was captured when he tried to distract the guards. Jonas Hodges met him at his office where the two men argued. Hodges then repeatedly hit Knowles with a liquor decanter and threw him over a railing to the floor below.

Answer: Jonas Hodges threatened to fire bioagent-filled missiles at cities if she didn't.

As the Joint Chiefs of Staff were gathered to watch the airstrike, President Taylor received a call from Jonas Hodges. He talked to her privately and displayed for her pictures of missiles which he said were filled with the biological agent and were aimed at American cities. He said if she didn't cancel the airstrike, he would launch them.

Answer: Tony Almeida set detonators on rocket fuel tanks and ignited them.

Tony Almeida had spotted a truck delivering RP7 rocket fuel which was only used in surface to surface missiles. Jack Bauer suspected that Jonas Hodges was planning to use the missiles to deliver the bioagent and that this was the reason that President Taylor called off the airstrike.

He confirmed it with her and asked for permission for Almeida to blow the tanks. She didn't explicitly give it, but she told Bauer that there wasn't anything she could do to make him stop, given the time that he had left. Almeida was able to place the detonators on the tanks and blow up the biological agent.

Answer: At the White House

Jonas Hodges had gone to the White House to meet with President Taylor. He said he wanted to show her his proposal, which really were his demands, for incorporating Starkwood into government decision-making. He wanted Starkwood involved in formulating military policy; he asked for "a seat at the table". Tim Woods interrupted the meeting to let President Taylor know that the biological weapons had been destroyed.

She then ordered for Hodges and his assistant, Greg Seaton, to be arrested.

Answer: Kim Bauer

The doctor from the CDC had told Jack Bauer that there was a slight chance that cell tissue from a donor could save him, but Bauer refused to consider it. He didn't want his daughter to even know that he was dying. Renee Walker, however, contacted Kim Bauer to let her know.

It turned out that Kim was in Washington D.C.; she had come to be at the Senate hearings, but she had arrived late and missed Bauer. He told Kim that he didn't even want to try the treatment because the procedure could be risky for her, and he didn't want her to be there to watch him die.

Answer: One of the Starkwood operatives escaped with a canister of the bioagent.

While the FBI agents were securing the area, one of the agents was shot by a Starkwood operative, Robert Galvez, who in turn was captured by another FBI agent. The agent called in to report that Galvez had a canister of the bioagent, but while he was talking on the radio, Galvez overpowered him and shot him. Galvez then escaped with the canister.

Answer: Tony Almeida

The pilot of the helicopter carrying Larry Moss and Tony Almeida had spotted Robert Galvez, the Starkwood operative who had escaped with the canister of the biological agent. The pilot landed the helicopter and was immediately shot by the Galvez. Moss and Almeida ran for cover as Galvez grabbed a shotgun from his truck.

He then shot Larry Moss twice in the chest. As Moss was down, Almeida appeared to be trying to stop the bleeding. Moss then saw Galvez approaching and he warned Almeida, but Almeida merely put up his hand to stop Galvez. That's when Moss realized that Galvez was working with Almeida. Almeida told Moss he was sorry and then he suffocated him.
