Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. In the third hour of Day 7 of "24", to whom did Jack Bauer say, "So help me God, I will kill you, and you will stay dead this time"?

Answer: Tony Almeida

Jack Bauer was interrogating Tony Almeida at FBI headquarters after it was discovered that Almeida was working with the terrorists. Almeida told Bauer that he did it for the money because the government had taken everything away from him. He started egging Bauer on - reminding Bauer about all he had lost.

When Bauer finally grabbed Almeida and shoved him against the wall, Bauer told Almeida to tell him where the CIP device was or he would kill him.
2. In the seventh hour of Day 7 of "24", who said, "Normally I don't allow people to call me honey, but we can discuss that later"?

Answer: Janis Gold

Janis Gold was talking to John Brunner, the chemical plant manager in Ohio. Colonel Ike Dubaku had used the firewall override device to take control of plant operations and was trying to blow up a tank containing highly toxic pesticide. Brunner kept referring to Gold as "honey", and despite the emergency with which they were dealing, she felt the need to let him know she didn't like being talked to that way.
3. In the eighth hour of Day 7 of "24", when President Taylor asked, "How am I supposed to know where your loyalties really lie?", what was Jack Bauer's response?

Answer: "With all due respect, Madam President, ask around"

After bringing Sangalan Prime Minister Matobo to the White House, Jack Bauer, Renee Walker and Bill Buchanan met with President Taylor to tell her that there were people in the government who were working with Colonel Ike Dubaku. When Bauer asked the president to give them resources so that they could locate the traitors and her husband, she wondered how she could trust him because of his actions during the day.
4. Chloe O'Brian had several great quotes during Day 7 of "24". Which of the following quotes WASN'T said by O'Brian?

Answer: "Most people don't like sarcasm. I, myself, have no problem with it, because I'm cheerful; I'm a cheerful person."

Janis Gold made the "Most people don't like sarcasm..." quote when she was talking to Sean Hillinger in the first hour. Chloe O'Brian made the "You looked good, though" comment in the third hour when Jack Bauer first found out that she and Bill Buchanan were working with Tony Almeida.

She made the comment about the FBI blocking her when Janis Gold bounced her from the system while she was trying to help Bauer and Almeida escape from FBI headquarters (also in the third hour). O'Brian made the "stay-at-home mom" quote when she was inserting a tracking device on Sangalan Prime Minister Matobo's tooth in the 6th hour; he had asked her if she worked for the FBI.
5. In the 8th hour of Day 7 of "24", who said to Renee Walker, "We're supposed to bring suspects in, not murder them"?

Answer: Larry Moss

After Jack Bauer learned that Secret Service Agent Vossler was involved with the kidnapping of First Gentleman Henry Taylor, he and Renee Walker used Vossler's family to force Vossler into giving up Taylor's location. After he gave up the information, he attacked Bauer and during the ensuing scuffle, Vossler was killed. Larry Moss made the quote when Renee Walker told him Vossler was dead.
6. In the tenth hour of Day 7 of "24", when Jack Bauer said "If you ever pull your weapon on me again, you'd better intend to use it", who replied, "I did"?

Answer: Renee Walker

After the vehicle carrying Colonel Ike Dubaku and his girlfriend, Marika Donoso, crashed, Renee Walker was trying to get Donoso out of the vehicle, but Donoso's leg was stuck. Jack Bauer tried to pull Walker away from the vehicle as it was about to explode, but Walker refused to leave.

She pulled a gun on Bauer and ordered him to help her rescue Donoso. He did so, and they got Donoso out just before the vehicle exploded, but Donoso didn't survive the accident.
7. In the sixteenth hour of Day 7 of "24", after being told that he couldn't participate in the raid on Starkwood due to his illness, to whom did Jack Bauer say, "I always knew eventually we'd agree on something"?

Answer: Larry Moss

Larry Moss was leading the raid on Starkwood, and Jack Bauer wanted to go also. He told Moss that he (Bauer) had earned the right to go, but Moss was concerned about Bauer's condition. Bauer had been infected with the biological agent, and even though he appeared healthy, his symptoms could show up at any time. Moss told him that he couldn't "risk it happening out in the field", and Bauer acknowledged that Moss was right.
8. In the twentieth hour of Day 7 of "24", when Aaron Pierce asked, "Is there anything else that I can do for you?", who responded, "Other than kill Jonas Hodges? No."?

Answer: Olivia Taylor

Olivia Taylor was furious that her mother was going to allow Jonas Hodges into a witness protection program in exchange for information regarding the consortium of conspirators. Hodges had killed her brother, and she wanted him to pay for it. Aaron Pierce realized she was upset; he told her that he had seen many people not be punished for their deeds.

He then asked her if he could help her, and she blurted out that she wanted Hodges dead. She immediately retracted it after seeing the look on Pierce's face; she said that she hadn't seriously meant it.
9. In the last hour of Day 7 of "24", who said, "It wasn't just my wife you murdered. She was carrying my son. You killed my son!"?

Answer: Tony Almeida

When Tony Almeida finally had Alan Wilson, the head of the conspirators, at gunpoint, Almeida told him that he had been tracking Wilson "ever since the day [Wilson] had [Almeida's wife] killed". After beating Wilson, Almeida screamed at him and told him he was going to kill him. Jack Bauer and Renee Walker intervened before he could do so.
10. In the last hour of Day 7 of "24", who said, "As someone who was once your friend, let me die in peace. Don't let them use me to kill innocent people"?

Answer: Jack Bauer

Tony Almeida had told his co-conspirator, Cara Bowden, that they could extract the biological agent from Jack Bauer's body to make more of it. When they were alone, Bauer begged Almeida not to do so; Bauer knew he was dying, but he didn't want to be used that way. Almeida told him he really didn't intend to do so; he was actually going to use Bauer to kill Alan Wilson, the man who was running the consortium of conspirators.

He was strapping a bomb to Bauer and planned to detonate it when Wilson was near Bauer.
