She pulled a gun on Bauer and ordered him to help her rescue Donoso. He did so, and they got Donoso out just before the vehicle exploded, but Donoso didn't survive the accident.

Moss told him that he couldn't "risk it happening out in the field", and Bauer acknowledged that Moss was right.

He then asked her if he could help her, and she blurted out that she wanted Hodges dead. She immediately retracted it after seeing the look on Pierce's face; she said that she hadn't seriously meant it.

Almeida told him he really didn't intend to do so; he was actually going to use Bauer to kill Alan Wilson, the man who was running the consortium of conspirators.

He was strapping a bomb to Bauer and planned to detonate it when Wilson was near Bauer.
