The team was at the precinct when they looked at surveillance footage that was from Wednesday at 3 o'clock p.m. After watching the video, Kate noticed something on there that was a big clue that could help them immediately catch the killer. Richard went over to Kate's place to talk with her so she mentioned that Javier contacted her about something he found out.
