Tuvix became a valued member of the crew, but Janeway forced him to undergo the procedure that would kill Tuvix, but restore both Tuvok and Neelix. Although Tuvix claimed her order was tantamount to murder, Janeway believed that both Tuvok and Neelix had a right to exist as well.

Luckily, Neelix was with her to help things. When the two returned to the ship, they discovered the crew had been infected by a macrovirus. The Tak Tak found out about the infection and attempted to purify (read: destroy) the ship. But Janeway and the Doctor were able to find and distribute a cure to the crew safely. "Macrocasm"

Mrs. Templeton disapproved of Janeway's character's relationship with the man of the house. In one episode, Janeway becomes delusional and sees Mrs. Templeton attacking her with a knife.

In order to survive, a small group of aliens went into stasis and used an adaptive computer program to help keep their brains stimulated. Unfortunately, a character was created out of their fears and it began to torture them - and scared some to death.

When B'Elanna and Harry went into stasis in an attempt to contact the aliens, they too were taken hostage. Janeway tricked Fear into believing she was in the program and kept it distracted by talking to it.

Trevis was a tree and Flotter was water. They each needed each other - Trevis needed Flotter's water and Flotter needed Trevis' shade so Flotter's water didn't evaporate. Together, they were a part of Naomi Wildman's favorite holodeck program.

The episode begins with Tom being thrown in the brig for disobeying Janeway's orders. So he decides to write his dad a letter explaining why he ended up in the brig.

Janeway had burned her lungs by going into deflector control, which was on fire at the time. Because all but the most senior members of the ship (minus Chakotay and Tom, who had been kidnapped) had abandoned ship, Janeway ordered the Doctor to treat her wounds with trioxin and release her from sickbay so she could help with repairs.

Seven stalled while trying to get a measurement and a torpedo exploded, blinding Tuvok. As she believed it was her fault that Tuvok was blind, Seven helped him with things he could not do.

Paris broke the warp 10 barrier, but then he began to change. He abducted Janeway and stole the modified shuttle. Turns out that going that fast causes the body to evolve faster and by the time Voyager's crew finds Paris and Janeway, they had evolved into creatures that looked like slugs. When Tuvok and Chakotay go to the planet to rescue the pair, they find little baby slugs - and decide to leave them on the planet.

In sickbay, and fully recovered, Paris was extremely embarassed knowing what had transpired between him and the captain.

Seven was forced to fight in a sort of televised set of matches. Voyager's crew had no idea the fights were forced until they see Seven fighting for her life.

Talaxians were spread throughout the quadrant as they were seen from seasons one to seven. In season seven, they were found on a colony that was built into an asteroid that happened to be claimed by another group of aliens. Neelix eventually left Voyager to join that colony.

B'Elanna ate the heart but then balked when she heard about the rest of the ritual. She said she didn't want to do it before it was described, and definitely didn't want to do it after hearing the description.

Tuvok had to contend with not only children, but disappearing children. In the end, it turns out that the children weren't really children, but very old members of their species who were on the planet to die. As he had become very close to one of the 'children', he was asked to accompany her into the cave and attend her at the end of her life.

The title of the episode is a play off of a John le Carré novel title.

It turns out that all the events except the aliens spying take place in the Doctor's imagination. Unfortunately, the aliens are spying on the Doctor's dreams and end up believing he's the captain of the ship.

Harry and Chakotay had been on a shuttle trying to guide Voyager back to the Alpha Quadrant. Harry sent the wrong coordinates to the ship and it ended up crashing into an ice planet. Years later, the pair went back in an attempt to go back in time, send the correct coordinates and save their comrades. Unfortunately for them, Captain Geordi LaForge likes how things turned out and tries to stop them from changing history.

A translocator was also used in the episode "Displaced" when the crew was kidnapped one by one and placed on a ship while aliens gradually took over the ship.

Because the Borg used transwarp technology, Seven tried to help Voyager's crew use the same technology. Unfortunately, an accident happened and B'Elanna had to dump the warp core. In a later episode, we learn that transwarp engines probably aren't compatible with Voyager's technology.

The Hazari were paid by the think tank to attack Voyager. But Voyager doesn't know this and the think tank appears to 'help' Voyager with this paradox of do they leave the nebula or not.

It turns out the think tank just wanted some of Voyager's stuff - including Seven.

The ship encounters a spatial distortion and the ship gets all twisted around - meaning a person couldn't walk in a straight line as they might end up somewhere completely different than where they had intended. Janeway's hand got caught in the distortion and the senior staff gathered back in the holodeck when she began speaking in tongues.

As B'Elanna's last name is Torres, so it is her father's last name as well (also because we later find out her father's name is John Torres). B'Elanna names her daughter Miral, after her mother.

We hear many mentions of his wife - especially when Tuvok goes through Pon Farr and Paris creates a holographic representation of T'Pel. T'Meni is the name of Tuvok's mother - and the name of his son's daughter.

They concocted a grand story (as the Taresians did this to many people) that he was a long lost Taresian finally come home. It turns out that the Taresians just used those 'returning children' as sources of new DNA, a process that killed the person.
