Answer: Lilah

Angel and Cordelia both wanted to kill Billy but Lilah ended up shooting him. Cordelia had lectured Lilah earlier in the episode that no woman who wore the title of "Vicious ..." would ever stand to be treated the way Lilah had been treated.

2. Lindsey McDonald was in the first and last episode of "Angel" as well as several episodes in season one, two and five. Who ultimately killed the bad boy lawyer?

Answer: Lorne

Lorne shot Lindsey after they had killed their assigned member of the Black Thorn. Lindsey was upset that Lorne had killed him. Lindsey felt that if anyone should kill him it should have been Angel.
