Answer: Walter is missing and his family needs him

Diggle has come to tell Oliver that there is no news yet on Walter's whereabouts. Oliver mentions that his contacts in the Bratva haven't been able to find any leads either. Oliver fears the worst, that Walter is likely already dead.

The news report specifies that the murder rate alone is now down 16% due to the Arrow/vigilante's efforts. Thea and Oliver were talking about Walter's disappearance when the news report caught Oliver's attention. When the newscaster mentions that the Arrow hasn't been seen in six weeks, Thea comments that it looks like everyone is disappearing.

Answer: Turpentine

Laurel's friend Joanna asks Laurel for help when she believes her brother Danny, a firefighter apparently killed in the line of duty, was actually murdered. Laurel digs into the case further and discovers that another firefighter had recently died under eerily similar circumstances; with traces of turpentine found at the scene.

She asks her father, Detective Lance, to assist her, but he declines to help so she turns to the Arrow instead.

Answer: Bowling balls

Oliver has come down to the Arrow cave to tell Diggle that Laurel requested the Arrow's help on the firefighter case. Oliver gives the file to Diggle who says he knows a guy who knows a guy in the fire investigation department. Oliver requests that Diggle pass along any leads to the police department rather than make it an Arrow matter.

Answer: A firefly

Oliver failed to save the fireman or to capture the killer. He sits dejectedly by himself for a while before calling Laurel. Having lost all confidence in himself and his abilities, Oliver tells Laurel about the tattoo he saw and a few other details about the killer before telling her to take the information and handle the case the way she would have before she met him.

Answer: "Let that archer kill you"

Diggle sees that Oliver has lost confidence in himself since the battle with the Dark Archer. Oliver, obstinate as ever, doesn't want to admit that he's scared or weak and has been making excuses all episode for staying away from Arrow business. In this scene, Diggle is trying to talk some sense into Oliver, but before he can respond to Diggle, Oliver gets a text from Tommy and rushes off to deal with the nightclub business.

Answer: "I had something to lose"

Diggle tells Oliver that he thinks Oliver has it backwards. He says that the people that Oliver has let into his life haven't taken away his edge, they have, in fact, given him one; a strong one. Diggle tells Oliver that he can stare down death with something to live for, or not, but something to live for is better.

Answer: His jacket

Lynns stayed behind to fight the fire in the unstable building even after the order to evacuate was given by his superior. He was eventually pulled from the wreckage, severely burned, and was admitted to the burn unit as a John Doe where he had been recovering for the past few years.

Answer: A guardian angel

Joanna is saying goodbye to Laurel because she is going to stay with her mother for a few months as they cope with Danny's death. Joanna explains that she doesn't care what everyone says about the Arrow, he really is a guardian angel, and her mom hopes Laurel can find a way to give Danny's badge to the Arrow.

Answer: They're going hunting

Oliver thanks Diggle for talking some sense into him when he needed it most. Since Oliver was training for most of the episode, Diggle assumes they'll be doing more training, but this time Oliver holds up his father's notebook and says they are going hunting instead.
