The eponymous doctor is from the planet of Gallifrey, a fictional planet that is home to various time travelling extra-terrestrial being. The planet was first mentioned by name only during the eleventh season of the show.

Answer: Cold Case

"Cold Case", which premiered in 2003, follows a unit of detectives in the Philadelphia Police Department who work on old homicide cases that weren't solved when they first occurred. While some of the cold cases they work are very cold (murders that happened prior to 1900), some are also much newer (year 2000 or later); the majority of the homicides they investigate, though, occurred in the later half of the 20th century.

Jackie Gleason died in 1971 of diabetes. He was 71 years old. Audrey Meadows played Alice Kramden, Ralph's wife.She died in 1996 of cancer.

She was 73 years old. Art Carney played Ed Norton. He worked in the New York sewer system. He was Ralph's best friend and upstairs neighbor. He died in 2003 of natural causes. He was 85 years old.
