Answer: Dean kissed Rory

Rory and Dean were standing in the "ant spray" aisle, and Rory was holding cornstarch in her hand. Dean had asked her how she felt about some free soda, and she accepted the offer. Than Dean tried to make Rory guess which hand he was holding the soda in (both were behind his back). Rory was commenting on how the whole point of free soda is that you don't have to work to get it, but Dean told her to just guess.

As soon as Rory started to blab out a long explanation as to which hand it was in, Dean leaned in and kissed Rory. Rory looked up, and ran out of the store just like that, cornstarch still in hand, and without her free soda.

2. What happened immediately after Rory ran out of the store?

Answer: She dashed in front of a car which had to slam on its breaks

A dark shade of teal-blue car slammed on its breaks, and Rory kept on running. She ran over the pumpkin patch, and straight to Lane's house. No pumpkins, however, smashed.

3. When Rory got to Lane's house, what did Rory say she had done, besides getting kissed?

Answer: shoplifted

While Rory did say "Thank you" after the surprise kiss from Dean, when Rory rushed into Lane's house, and Lane asked what was up, Rory responded with, "I got kissed! And I shoplifted!" Rory was still holding the cornstarch she had picked up in the grocery store.
