1. What place did Worf originally finish in the Bat'leth tournament before he started changing universes?

In one reality, he finished 9th due to an opponent's illegal move, and found that in another one he hadn't gotten to compete at all due to issues on the ship. His brother is mentioned as competing instead, but his result is never mentioned.

2. What kind of cake did Worf's birthday cake change to?

Answer: Yellow

This change from Chocolate to Yellow was the 1st one that Worf noticed. What he didn't figure out until later was that when he originally went through the quantum fissure, he immediately moved to a new universe. In his own reality, there was no birthday party.

3. Who created a painting as a birthday present to Worf?

The painting was another clue to the oddities going on, as it would suddenly move to another wall, or change to a different scene and back again.

In that reality, the Borg had all but taken over the Federation. The Enterprise was one of the last ships still fighting. They were prepared to do anything to avoid going back there. The ship had to be destroyed to allow all the other Enterprises to go back to their own realities.
