Celeste Kane asked Clarence Weidman to take the photos of Veronica. She wanted to scare Leanne into hiding. Celeste was under the impression that Veronica was Jake's biological daughter and she was worried that Leanne wanted something from them. She also knew that Leanne had vital information about Lilly's murder that could hurt her son.

2. When Duncan ran away, where did he run to?

Answer: Cuba

Duncan bought a fake passport and Keith Mars found him in Havana, Cuba. There was a 50,000 reward for finding him, however his mother wouldn't pay because she made a deal with Veronica. Veronica agreed to help find Duncan if Celeste would not press charges against Weevil for breaking into Lilly's room.
