Black Beauty was a Chrysler Imperial customized for crime fitting by Dean Jefferies. Since movie magic was still in its early stages in the mid-1960s, the car had to be designed to actually spray "toxic" gases, and do other such tricks.
2. In 1955 Ford Motor Company developed a concept car known as the Lincoln Futura. The car never made it into production, but in the hands of famed car designer George Barris, it would later make it into American pop culture. Which of these cars was a modified Lincoln Futura?

Answer: The Batmobile

The car from "The Munsters" (1964-1966), officially named the Munster Koach, not the munstermobile was an original George Barris design crafted from a 6-door touring roadster with a 1927 Model-T bucket on the back. Barris also designed the dragster, "Drag-u-la" for the show.

The Monkees drove a 1966 Pontiac GTO, heavily modified by Dean Jefferies. James Bond has driven various cars but perhaps the car most readily associated with Bond is the Aston Martin DB 5. There was never actually a "Bondmobile" Barris modified the Futura into the Batmobile in only three weeks, just before the show "Batman" (1966-1968) began shooting.

There were actually two trucks used on the show, the original 1952 Ford was replaced by a 1947 Mercury. But the first truck is the one that appears in the opening credits.

Jonathon Hart (Robert Wagner) of "Hart to Hart" (1979-1984) and his wife Jennifer (Stefanie Powers) were chauffeured around by Max (Lionel Stander). Their car was a Rolls-Royce Corniche. Jim Rockford of "The Rockford Files" (1974-1980) was played by James Garner.

Magnum did not own the car, it was on loan from Robin Masters, the globetrotting novelist who owned the estate on which Magnum lived and worked as head of security. Magnum's full name was Thomas Sullivan Magnum, IV.
6. For "The Beverly Hillbillies" (1962-1971), George Barris created a very country looking hillbilly truck. What vehicle did he transform into this creation?

Answer: 1921 Oldsmobile flatbed

During the series the truck was said to be on lone to Jed from his cousin Pearl. Pearl's son Jethro did the majority of the driving. Only on rare occasions was the truck driven by another cast member. The truck was donated to the Ralph Foster Museum in 1976.

As Dave Starsky and Ken "Hutch" Hutchinson in "Starsky and Hutch" (1975-1979) drove a red Ford Gran Torino with a white side stripe resembling a Nike Swoosh. Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson drove a duplicate car when they reprised the roles in a 2004 movie by the same title.

During the run of the show, Mike drove five different cars, a 1968 Dodge Polara, a 1969 Plymouth Fury III, a 1971 Plymouth Barracuda, a 1972 Plymouth Barracuda, and a 1973 Chevrolet Caprice. Carol, only drove two vehicles, both were Plymouth Satellite wagons (1970 & 1971 models).

All four of the "Duke Boys" had their turn behind the wheel, but Bo, an ex-stock car test driver, played by John Schneider, drove most of the time. Bo and his cousin Luke, played by Tom Wopat, were the original "Duke Boys" and were in all but one season.

In 1982-83 season, Byron Cherry and Christopher Mayer played cousins Coy and Vance Duke, respectively to fill the temporary absence left by Schneider and Wopat. The originally Dukes returned after only 18 episodes.
