Odysseus is the king of Ithaca. Ithaca is an island of Greece.

2. How long does the war between Greece and Troy last?

Answer: Ten years

The war with Troy lasts ten long years before the Greeks finally defeat the Trojans.

3. Who tells Odysseus that he will never again reach the shores of Ithaca because of his arrogance?

Answer: Poseidon

When Odysseus shouts and proclaims on the rocks that he does not need the Gods and he can do anything, it is Poseidon who speaks to him and says that he will never again reach Ithaca.
