Answer: Polishing silver

Debra asks Marie what she is doing and Marie says she's polishing silver. However, she says it like Debra does not know what that means. When Debra says that they never see the silver, Marie thinks that Debra is hinting that she wants it. Marie tells her not to bother, because the will states that Robert is going to get it.

At first, Frank is supposed to write the tribute, with Robert helping him. However, Frank annoys Robert and Robert quits. As a result, Frank quits as well. Marie then asks Raymond to do it. Raymond doesn't want to write a speech, but Marie says that only Frank had to do a speech, because he can't handle anything more. She tells Raymond that he can do the tribute however he wants.

Answer: She writes cooking directions as though Debra is a child.

Later on at Raymond and Debra's house, Raymond is trying to write the tribute. Debra comes to him and says that she volunteered to help Marie make some food. She then complains about what Marie wrote as directions. The directions include what a quiche is, underlined the 'p.m.' in the time it has to be cooked, and even go so far as to say, "Caution. Oven gets hot."

Answer: When Frank stole from the grocery store

Frank's 'theft' from the grocery store is really him sampling when he isn't allowed to. That episode comes after "The Skit", so it wouldn't be used as an example before it happened. The car through the house, the Halloween incident, and the apples and oranges fight are discussed. Raymond says that during the fight, he was forced to vote.

Answer: A song parody

Robert offers a song parody to Raymond and Debra. However, they both scrap the idea. When Robert says that he is out of the dirty work, Raymond is okay with that and dismisses him quickly.

Answer: Lee and Stan ring the doorbell, but Frank and Marie just barge in.

Debra and Raymond show the sweet side of Lee and Stan by pretending to ring a doorbell. When invited in, Debra and Raymond show that Lee and Stan compliment the house and are very lovey-dovey with one another. However, this is in deep contrast with how Frank and Marie would come over. Raymond and Debra pretend to kick down the door. Debra then goes through the mail, while Raymond unzips his pants and watches the TV.

They then begin to fight.

Answer: Bald and Gassy

Pretending to be Marie, Deborah says that she found the Sports Magazine Swimsuit edition lying around. Raymond gets excited and takes it from her. Debra acts insulted. She asks "Frank" what magazine he should be in. She then offers "Bald and Gassy". At the end of the tribute, Garvin says that 'bald and gassy' was his favorite part.

Once again, Debra and Raymond pick on how often Frank and Marie fight. This is the last joke of the tribute. The tribute then ends with Raymond and Debra saying that they both love Lee and Stan.

After the tribute skit, the Barones sit down with Lee and Stan to talk as the others leave. Stan says that Debra and Raymond were very good. Frank agrees and says that Debra had Marie right. He then says, "I was petrified."

Marie and Frank pick on Raymond and Debra about a lot of things. Raymond and Debra, however, get offended. Robert falls over and his face is red from laughing so much. Lee and Stan agree with him that Marie and Frank are completely right.

When Frank says something to "Debra", Marie assumes her role and says that she can't help Raymond out because she's too busy heating up canned soup. This shows how Marie thinks so little of Debra's cooking skill. Marie pretends to primp herself up and then say she's too busy to be nice to Raymond. She ends it with a correctly placed "Idiot".

Answer: By portraying him as a needy, whiny baby

Frank points out the time that Raymond injured his pinky while typing. He uses a whiny, higher pitched voice to imitate Raymond. Robert thinks that Frank's impression is right. This is what makes him laugh the hardest.

At Raymond and Debra's house, Raymond and Debra discuss what has just happened at the party. Raymond says that his parents have no class. When Frank and Marie come over, they call the elder Barones out on their anger. Frank and Marie, however, insist that they were not mad about the tribute.

Answer: They can dish it out, but they can't take it.

Robert says that it seems like it is okay to pick on Frank and Marie, but Raymond and Debra are off limits. Trying to prove him wrong, Raymond and Debra say that they know what is wrong with them and insult each other. They seem to be laughing about it, but it ends with them fighting.

Robert's head is visible over the curtains in the kitchen window while Raymond and Debra fight. He seems to be enjoying himself, smiling. Raymond catches him after Debra walks off in a huff. The episode ends with Robert holding his chin in his hands and grinning.
