In the beginning of the episode, Jerry orders a Turkey Club without Bacon at Monk's, and to be funny, George orders a Bacon Club without Turkey. Jerry doesn't care that George wants to go out with Kelly. Instead, he's more concerned with his lunch. He realizes that he should have bought an Egg White Omelette instead.

When Elaine stops in at Monk's, she happens to catch Jerry and George before they start eating. George says that he never even realized that Elaine was gone and Elaine says that she had a great time in England. During her stay, she met an Englishman and decided to fly him to New York on her Frequent Flyer Miles.

While waiting for the meal at Monk's, Jerry spots Kenny Bania, an annoying comedian. They end up chatting for a minute and Bania says that he started working out, so he went up to a size 42 from a size 40. He offers Jerry a brand new size 40 Armani suit and Elaine and George persuade him to take it.

Answer: Because of a kidney stone

Kramer asks Jerry for help getting rid of his refrigerator since he's only eating fresh foods. In a previous episode, "The Gymnast", Kramer got a kidney stone and was forced to go to the hospital when the pain was unbearable. He soon realizes that getting rid of his refrigerator was a bad idea.

After Kramer comes in, Bania comes up with the suit and Bania says to take him out for a meal in exchange for the suit.

During George's 'day-date' with Kelly, Kelly tells George that she's making hairclips that she hopes to sell to a company. George nearly steps in manure during this conversation and he comments that he likes the word manure, because when you think about it, it's just 'newer' with a 'ma' in front of it. After this, Kelly points out that her boyfriend has the same watch as George.

After talking to George and Kramer, Jerry gets a call from Kenny Bania who wants his free meal. Bania talks about his exercises during dinner and Jerry is extremely bored. During the dinner, Bania decides to just order some soup so that he can save the meal for another time. Bania argues that soup isn't a full meal and Jerry offered a meal. Jerry finally gives in and lets him buy the soup.

After the meal, Jerry tells Elaine about the meal fiasco and Elaine asks about what kind of soup Bania had. When Jerry mentions consommé, Elaine sides with Bania because consommé is such a thin soup. Had Bania bought the chicken gumbo or another more hearty soup, then it would've been classified as a meal. Elaine soon begins weighing more factors into her decision including whether or not he had a cup or a bowl and whether or not he crumbled crackers into the soup.

After a couple of days of staying in New York, Simon was starting to get on Elaine's nerves. Soon, he began leaving her apartment and not returning for many hours. After this, Jerry and George go to Monk's. Kelly starts acting like she and George have never even talked before and Kenny Bania arrives.

He ends up sitting with them and Jerry says that his order is 'the meal'. Once again, Bania argues that Jerry never took him somewhere nice for a meal, like Mendy's.

Answer: Elaine's boyfriend

After Bania keeps protesting that he didn't get his meal, Jerry gives Simon the suit for free. After this, Bania demands to have his suit back, but Jerry says that it's too late. Meanwhile, Kramer gives George the info on Kelly. After hearing from his girlfriend, Kramer tells George that Kelly has no boyfriend.

Answer: Hildy

Hildy works at Reggie's (aka 'The Bizzaro Restaurant') and the characters visit the restaurant in future episodes. Since Kramer only stocks fresh food, he ends up going to Jerry's to get food for Hildy. George ends up deciding not to go back to Monk's anymore, so the gang goes to Reggie's. Elaine is disappointed that they have no Big Salads and Jerry doesn't get an egg white omelette.

When they decide that they don't want to go to Reggie's anymore, George decides to try and get Kelly fired. Kramer suggests calling her at work all of the time since he accidentally got Hildy fired in the same way, so George tries this.

It's too late though; Kelly's hair clips got picked up by Bloomingdale's and she's quitting her job at Monk's. In the end, Simon gets a job interview thanks to the Armani suit and Bania fights Simon for the suit. George is banned from Monk's (temporarily, I guess) and the show finishes with him eating at Reggie's.
