4. Which sitcom was about two Oxford University graduates trying to make a living in New York City?

Answer: Off Centre

"Off Centre", originally aired between 2001 and 2003 on the WB. It starred Eddie Kaye Thomas, Sean Maguire, Jason George, Lauren Stamille and John Cho. The reason that the show was called "Off Centre" and not "Off Center" remains a mystery. The building that they lived in was located off Centre street in New York.

The fact that there was an actual Englishman (Sean Maguire) might also have to do with the reason, as "centre" is the UK English way of spelling "center". According to the Internet Movie Database, as yet there are no plans to create a sitcom called "Off Center".
5. Which former sports anchor made a guest appearance on "The Drew Carey Show"?

Answer: Rush Limbaugh

Rush appeared as himself on the episode "The Salon", which first aired February 4th, 1998, on ABC.

9. What sitcom featured the goings-on at Bayview Retirement Village?

Answer: Waiting for God

When Tom Ballard, played by Graham Crowden, moves to Bayview Retirement Vilage, he meets Diana Trent, a fiesty old woman played by Stephanie Cole, who complains about everything and wants nothing more than just to die. Much to the dislike of Harvey Baines, played by Daniel Hill, the head of the home, the two form a friendship and eventually a romance, helping each other out of tight situations. Tom's son, Geoffrey, played by Andrew Tourell, and daughter-in-law, Marion (whom Tom doesn't particularly like), played by Sandra Payne, are constantly stopping in and Jane, played by Janine Duvitski, a worker at the home, is Diane's worst nightmare, being constantly cheerful.
10. To go full circle, we'll end with the "Blackadder" series. Did Edmund die at the end of each series?

Answer: No

Edmund did not die at the end of "Blackadder III". Instead, he impersonated the Prince Regent, who was killed by a cannon after Edmund had survived a duel with the very same cannon, against the Duke of Wellington. King George III, who was insane, then wanted his "son" to marry a rose bush.
