"Casualty" first aired on September 6th, 1986 on the BBC channel and is set in the fictional city of Holby. "Casualty" reflects on life as part of a medical team (As a doctor, nurse or paramedic) who help save lives in Holby City Hospital as well as overcoming their personal problems.

Answer: Charlie Fairhead

Charlie Fairhead (played by Derek Thompson) is the Head Nurse at Holby City Hospital. He has appeared in most episodes and has had many exciting storylines; he has been shot, collided with a car, lost his wife (former character 'Baz') and just recently become a grandfather.

The car filled with teenagers was coming close from the side and the ambulance crashed, hanging off a bridge that trains passed under. Nikki expressed her concerns about Josh's driving to fellow paramedic, Jeff Maguire, who later told the police what she had said.

Nikki and Lara were taken to a 30-story car park when the robbers were being chased by the police. As a result of the chase, Nikki was thrown off the side of the car park. Nikki survived the fall, and then left the hospital to go travelling.

To save Rosie and the baby, Jim sacrificed himself and fell to his death.

Anna became trapped on the train when it crashed, and was eventually freed. In the 3rd episode of this series, Anna chose not to be put on a life-support machine, which upsets Merlin as she dies. Anna was first seen in series 15.
