"Romancu no Kami-sama" is "God Of Romance" by Judy Crystal, "Odaru Ponpokolin" is "Dancing Ponpokolin" by Captain Jack, and "Kakumei" is just "Kakumei" by dj TAKA feat. Naoki. Meanwhile, "Ninzaburo" is "Furuhata's Theme". Even the background pictures for both titles look similar!

2. Which of these "PARANOiA"s isn't in any official version of "DDR?"

Answer: "PARANOiA EVIL"

All of the listed "PARANOiA"s that have been in the official games have been rated six-step difficulty on Basic/Standard/Light. I can only imagine what the steps to "PARANOiA EVIL" would look like...
