Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Katt Monroe

Answer: Star Fox

Announcing herself with her battle cry "Make way for Katt", we come face to face with the cockiest of cocky felines in the "Star Fox" series. She is good mates with Falco Lombardi and the pair have some history though we are only teased with it. We know that they ran together with the gang known as the Hot Rodders, though they have not been linked in a romantic way. Katt is not part of the Star Fox team but she does help them out from time to time. The time, however, is usually of her choosing.

Star Fox is a series of sci-fi rail shooter video games created by Nintendo and was first released in 1993.
2. Korin & Chocolay

Answer: Dragon Ball Online

These two cats are the polar opposites of each other. Korin is the good guy. He's 800 years old, he's white in colour and a martial arts master and teacher who lives in his tower called the Korin Tower. He is also the only one who grows the Senzu Bean, a mystical bean that has healing properties and one can keep a person fed for ten days.

Chocolay is, obviously the evil dude cat. He has the power to create evil life forms but he's also jealous of Korin and his tower, so he strikes a deal with the Time Breakers. He gets the Time Breakers to build for him the Chocolay Tower and, in exchange, he agrees to grow for them the Dark Senzu beans.
3. Blaze the Cat

Answer: Sonic the Hedgehog

Blaze is the Queen of her realm and the guardian of the Sol Emeralds and she has the power to manipulate fire. This lady cat is usually cool, calm and level headed. He regal poise is exemplified with the elegance and grace in the way she moves, she even looks like a ballerina when she fights.

However, she does have a temper and Heaven help you if she unleashes... did we mention that she has the power to manipulate fire.
4. Burgerpants

Answer: Undertale

Terry Fox, an American indie developer, created the role playing game "Undertale" and released it in 2015. In it you control a child that has fallen Underground, through a magical barrier, and you must now fight your way through a series of monsters to get back to the surface.

This is a weird game and Burgerpants is one of the weirdest creatures within it. He's a cat like monster, orange in colour, wears a tiny hat and is a stressed out employee of the MTT-Brand Burger Emporium. He is the last vendor that you'll encounter on this trip. The dude hates his job and is extremely cynical about the world.
5. Captain Nathaniel Joseph ____ (Surname is the name of the game)

Answer: Claw

"Claw", released in 1997, is a 2D side-scroller platform video game published by Monolith Productions. Captain Claw is a pirate but his ship has been sunk by those nasty canines, the Cocker Spaniards. As he sits in his cell, awaiting his execution he finds a map that shows the way to the legendary "Amulet of Nine Lives", which has the power to invest near-immortality into its holder. Claw breaks out of jail and is now on his quest to find the nine gems to make up the amulet.
6. Mao

Answer: Shadow Hearts: From the New World

If you have ever seen Jackie Chan in the 1978 Hong Kong action comedy martial arts film "Drunken Master" you will get a fairly good picture of Mao, except, he's fatter. Mao is a big white cat who is a master of the Drunken Fist style of fighting, wants to be an actor, is good friends with Al Capone and he has a decided taste for alcohol. In his opinion, Prohibition should not apply to cats.

"Shadow Hearts: From the New World" is a role-playing video game developed by Nautilus in 2005.
7. Meowth

Answer: Pokemon

Meowth is a Generation 1 "normal" Pokemon who evolves into Persian at level 28. One of the most recognisable cats in the video gaming world and he seems to be everywhere... in manga, in anime, he's even shown up in "Super Smash Bros". The nocturnal Meowth roams his urban streets at night and has a penchant for shiny objects. Just check his eyes when he finds something that glitters... his eyes will sparkle.

A happy go lucky cat who has the tendency to be a bit fickle and he has this unique ability to create coins when he's using Pay Day.
8. Bubsy

Answer: Clawed Encounters of the Furred Kind

"Clawed Encounters of the Furred Kind" (1993) was the first time that we were introduced to Bubsy in his own series. Numerous games have followed in this series of platform games created by Michael Berlyn and developed and published by Accolade.

Bubsy is an anthropomorphic bobcat with an exclamation mark on his t-shirt, who was, reportedly, inspired by characteristics inherent in Sonic the Hedgehog and the two Mario brothers. In "Clawed Encounters..." we discover that he is the owner of the world's largest ball of yarn but, it and the rest of the world's yarn has been stolen by a race of fabric thieves called the "Woolies". Busby is not happy as he goes on the hunt.
9. Blinx

Answer: The Time Sweeper

Microsoft Game Studios published "Blinx: The Time Sweeper" for its xBox platform in 2002. The game was developed by Artoon.

In this game, you become Blinx, a time sweeper who works in a time factory that is situated outside of time itself. Your job is to repair glitches in time before they become time monsters and start distorting whatever they came into contact with. When an evil gang, called the Tom-Tom gang enters your dimension and starts destroying Time Crystals, the decision is made to suspend time in your dimension to ensure the safety of all other dimensions. However, just before this suspension of time, you spot that the Tom-Toms have kidnapped the Princess Lena and you manage to enter the portal just before the suspension kicks in and, now, it is your job to rescue her.
10. Cait Sith

Answer: Final Fantasy VII

Cait Sith is a toy robot cat controlled by Reeve Tuesti. He stands a little over three feet in height and wears both a red cape and a crown. The latter is, apparently, indispensable. Cait rides upon a giant Moogle that he gives orders to via a megaphone and, despite his bravado, has only two limit abilities.

The first is "Dice" and its ability to damage is dependent upon the result and the level he's at. The other is "Slots" and if you can get the combination right you will be able to kill all your enemies in one hit and that includes those that may be holding immunity over Instant Death. If you think that's cool, think again. You get the combo wrong and you can wipe out all your allies and then its... Pa-Pow! Game Over!
