1. What was the original working name for "Mass Effect"?

Answer: Science Fiction X

The original name was "SFX", short for "Science Fiction X". However, the name was changed due to there being a magazine of the same name. While "Mass Effect" was considered, it was not changed until the reveal at E3 2006.
2. What is the Treaty of Farixen?

Answer: A limit on the number of dreadnoughts among the Citadel races

If Shepard saves the council, humanity is given approval to build three dreadnoughts. However, if the council dies, the turians break the treaty and start building dreadnoughts.
3. Which of these races first appears in "Mass Effect 2"?

Answer: Drell

You gain a drell squadmate in "Mass Effect 2" - Thane. You also meet his son Kolyat and Liara's friend Feron.
4. Let's stop at the Shadow Broker for a while. What is the name of the planet where you can find the Shadow Broker?

Answer: Hagalaz

Capek is a planet where the Hahne-Kedar factory is. Illium is an asari business planet. Alingon is where one of the Shadow Broker's bases is located.
5. Who built the Citadel?

Answer: Reapers

It is mentioned in the news on the Citadel in "Mass Effect 2". After many missions, the Ain Jalut was substantially damaged on an ONI operation to Tycho Urilla.
10. Which one of these endings was not in the base game of "Mass Effect 3" but added later in DLC?

Answer: Refusal

After a major backlash, Bioware released "Extended Cut" DLC which added new cutscenes and the Refusal ending. The ending allows you to refuse to use the Crucible.
