This is where Snake begins the mission. The game starts out where Snake has to wait for an elevator in order to proceed to the Tank Hangar.

Answer: He doesn't start with a weapon

Snake doesn't start out with any weapons when he begins the very first mission. All weapons are found as the mission progresses.

3. Who is the first boss that Snake fights and kills?

Answer: Psycho Mantis

Snake does fight Ocelot first, but he does not kill him. Psycho Mantis is the only boss Snake has to fight once and finally kill him(excluding Ocelot, Snake only fights him once but is still alive at the end of the game).

4. In the scene where Snake and Meryl are on the path to the Communications Tower, what Fox-Hound member is revealed?

Answer: Sniper Wolf

Sniper Wolf is revealed at this point in the game. She stays on the second floor of the Communications Tower and waits for Snake and Meryl to make their appearance.

This information is revealed when Snake and Meryl first meet up in the woman's bathroom in the first floor basement of the Nuclear Warhead Storage building. She tells Snake that it was either the Dessert Eagle or the Socom pistol, she took the Eagle because she says she had trained using a Desert Eagle.

Answer: Compound Armour

REX's armour is the lates advances of compound armour. During a codec conversation with Otacon, Snake is told that there is no way that he can destroy REX's armour with the weapons he has. Therefore, the radome is the only chance Snake has in forcing Liquid to open the cockpit.

10. According to Otacon, what is the only weapon that can pierce the armour of REX?

Answer: HEAT

HEAT stands for High Explosive Anti-Tank. With the armour that REX has, it is impregnable to any weapon except for HEAT.
