Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What is the name of this case?

Answer: Turnabout Sisters

The case is named this because of the introduction of Mia Fey's sister, Maya. It is also because the case is heavily involved with both of them.
2. Who is the victim in this case?

Answer: Mia Fey

Yes, the victim in this case is none other than Phoenix's mentor, Mia Fey. In the beginning scene, you hear Mia talking to a strange man, and when Mia refuses to hand over incriminating evidence, the man attacks Mia and kills her.
3. Who is the defendant in this case?

Answer: Maya Fey

Maya is taken into custody by Gumshoe after finding a note written in blood in Mia's hand. This note says the word "Maya" on it, thus giving Gumshoe reason to believe that Maya committed the crime and Mia was writing a note to incriminate her killer before dying.
4. Who is the prosecutor for this case?

Answer: Miles Edgeworth

Miles Edgeworth is one of Phoenix's childhood friends. He once wanted to be a defense attorney, although for some reason he changed his mind and became a prosecutor. He is the prosecutor for cases 2, 3, and 4.
5. What was sticking out of the dresser in the hotel room?

Answer: Screwdriver

When you first enter the hotel room to look for the witness, you can see a screwdriver sticking out of the dresser. However, before you are able to investigate, April May comes out of the other room. Later on, you will be able to investigate it to gain a valuable piece of evidence.
6. What piece of evidence proves that April had heard the conversation about The Thinker?

Answer: Wiretap

The wiretap was found in the dresser that had the screwdriver. Right after the murder occurred, Phoenix was unable to call the police, due to some screws missing from the phone. This is because April used a wiretap on the phone, which she listened in on the conversation between Maya and Mia, in which she mentions The Thinker.
7. What case is Redd White blackmailing Marvin Grossberg over?

Answer: DL-6

The DL-6 was a case that Mia's mother, Misty Fey, a spirit medium, was used to try and determine the killer. She was proved wrong, and the police tried to cover up the fact that they used her. However, Grossberg let the information slip to White, and has caused Misty Fey to go into exile. Grossberg was not incriminated as giving away the information, and is now being blackmailed by White.
8. Who does White want to get proved guilty?

Answer: Phoenix Wright

After gathering information against him, White decides that Phoenix is too dangerous to him. He calls for Gumshoe, and testifies against Phoenix in court the next day.
9. What piece of evidence proves that the only way White knew that the glass shards were a lamp before the murder took place?

Answer: Receipt

White says that he knew it was a lamp because he placed the wiretap in the phone at the beginning of the month(Sep. 1st). Initially, there is no way that you can prove this wrong and Phoenix begins to give up. However, before fully giving up, Maya channels the spirit of Mia, and Mia tells Phoenix to flip the note with the word "Maya" written on it over. On the back is a receipt for a glass lamp that was purchased on Sep. 4th! This proves that White must have been there at the time of the murder.
10. Who was the actual murderer of the victim?

Answer: Redd White

Once you show the receipt to the court, Edgeworth tries to get extra time to get evidence to prove Phoenix wrong. However, before this happens, Mia gives Phoenix a note, in Mia's handwriting, listing names of everyone that White has either blackmailed or is currently blackmailing. Phoenix threatens to turn it into the police, and White confesses to the murder.
