"Wii Party" - The Games! Trivia Quiz

Answer: Four

The mode is Board Game Island. You battle against your opponents and complete different minigames. Whoever comes first gets a gold die, second gets a silver die and third gets a bronze die. You roll and follow the directions. There are seventy-three spaces in total, unless you land on a volcano space. At the end you have to roll a six to win, it normally takes me a few go's. It takes around thirty to forty-five minutes to play depending on whether you practice the minigames or not.

Answer: Friend Connection

In Friend Connection you have to answer five questions and you see if you get the same on each question, you are advised not to talk to each other whilst doing this because it is not as fun. Then, after you do this you have to do a minigame in your pair, some examples include a game where you have to move bananas and a skipping rope challenge. After this the results are calculated and you get a score, depending on how well you did on the challenges.

Answer: Five

You get five attempts with two big balls and three normal size balls. The game is for up to four players and you take turns smashing the ball into an empty net. This is the only football based minigame in the game although there is also a golf minigame.

Answer: Horse Racing

There are four race horses in the game and you have to wave the Wii Remote up and down, the faster you do it the faster you go in game, but the more energy you lose. My tactic is to go slow and then go for it right near the end. I feel this way works but a lot of people have their own different ways of winning the race.

Answer: Carrots and Onions

The game is 'Chop Chops' where you have to swing the Wii remote up and down as fast as you can to chop the veg. You either chop a carrot or an onion and the game is highly realistic because when you chop and onion your Mii starts to cry!

Answer: The Arrow Buttons

The game is Poserobics where you are in the gym and have to copy the players stance on the platform. If you play in the minigame mode you will be the Mii who stands on the platform and presses the buttons to try and beat your opponents. If you press the button A, the Mii will put their arms in an A shape, if you press B both their hands will go to the side and if you press the arrow buttons your arms will move wide.

Answer: A Train

'Commuter Count' is a good game, but you need concentration and no distractions around you to succeed. It is a two player game where you face each other, the one who gets the number exactly right or closest to the number of passengers wins the game.

Answer: Pizza

In this minigame, you have to go around a track and race your opponent. After you complete the challenge you end up at the hungry customer's house (which is another Mii, sometimes it is one you have created yourself) and they take the pizza off you and you beat your opponent. The game is used with the Wii remote held horizontally. You press 2 to accelerate and 1 to decelerate. To go the direction you want it to go you swerve the Wii remote.

Answer: Forty

In 'Basket Bonanza' you have to shoot forty balls into the net. The key to the game is getting the right fast rhythm. In the background different Mii's come to watch as you get better and start to get excited as you do well.

Answer: A cloud with lightning

The game is purely a game of chance. Once you have made your decision the platform will fall and you either land on the lightning cloud or you land on the next platform. You get two lives and it is the last one standing that wins.
