ANZAC day is on April 25. Waitangi Day is celebrated in New Zealand only (February 6). Christmas Day and New Years Day, while celebrated in both New Zealand and Australia, is also celebrated in MANY other countries including in Europe and North America.

Although it is commemorated in many other countries, such as the UK and USA, ANZAC day is only an official public holiday in New Zealand and Australia.

The day is called "New Year's Holiday", this day, as well as New Year's Day, are taken off one after the other.
