Here's my third (and final) attempt to satisfy the meter. If this doesn't work someone else will have to come up with a solution! https://www.funtrivia.com/trivia-quiz/General/Super-Eights-401503.html Reply #23. May 11 20, 1:09 AM |

It worked! Now, how are those delegates going to fit into the picture? Reply #24. May 11 20, 3:03 PM |

Way to go Rossian! What we know: 1) 1st quiz worked with super in the title in the category with Mario in it. 2) title with Super and eight in it did not work. L 3) super in title in category 8 DID work. So if Saiyan has to be next there is a small problem. There is no "Saiyan" category. There is a "Dragonball z" category. There is also not a "delegate" category or even a quiz with the word "delegate(s)". So there must be another commonality. Wonder if a quiz with the word "super" in one of the "supernatural" categories would work next? Anyone brave enough to write a quiz on Dragonball z? Lol out of my league! Reply #26. The Democratic party does have superdelegates although I have no intention of venturing into American politics. Reply #27. May 12 20, 2:50 AM |

How about this from left field: Mario Andretti, Chinese sign is the Dragon, won 8 times in 1966 and official ambassador for the Circuit of the Americas. Just putting it out there. Reply #28. May 12 20, 4:28 AM |

Could it be as simple as the quiz title beginning with the word super? Reply #29. May 12 20, 1:50 PM |

Do the accepted quizzes relate to all of the words at the bottom, or just the ones that had been posted at the time? Reply #32. May 19 20, 11:17 AM |

So far it appears the first deal with "super" and "Mario" and the second with "super" and "8". Titles and categories seem to matter. Reply #33. May 19 20, 1:43 PM |

I think I'm just not understanding, is there another thread somewhere or something? I don't even see the clues. I haven't played this particular challenge before, so I'm not understanding the format. Reply #36. May 25 20, 7:39 PM |

See post number 8. The clues are minimal. I have no idea what the current one might mean. Reply #38. May 26 20, 1:09 AM |

The clues are the bold text at the bottom of the header, which keeps changing as we proceed. The words, and also the links shown, need to e interpreted. Sometimes we have actually almost completely satisfied the meter without being really sure why some quizzes get accepted and others don't - we just offer up efforts that we think might work, and see what happens. Yup-- the clues are cryptic but there are solutions. This challenge is one for thinking laterally (and working together). Reply #40. May 26 20, 10:27 AM |
