1. "Paranoid", Black Sabbath

Answer: Ozzy Osborne

Ozzy Osborne passed away at the age of 76 on July 22, 2025. The Godfather of Heavy Metal was a founding member of Black Sabbath. Their single "Paranoid" became a signature song for the band and Ozzy's solo career. Ozzy was one of the rare people to be inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame both as a band member (Black Sabbath) and as a solo performer.
2. Boxer, Grill, Rumble

Answer: George Foreman

George Foreman won an Olympic gold medal in 1968, and captured the heavyweight title twice. In 1974 he lost to Muhammad Ali in "The Rumble in the Jungle", and retired from boxing three years later. He ended his heavyweight boxing career with a record of 76 wins to 5 losses.

His George Foreman grill, introduced in 1994, sold over 100 million units. Sadly, George passed away at the age of 76 on March 21, 2025.
3. Goalie, Montreal, Commentator

Answer: Ken Dryden

Ken Dryden only played eight seasons in the National Hockey League but his dominance was so profound that he was inducted in the NHL Hall of Fame in 1983. During his time with the Montreal Canadians, they won six Stanley Cup titles and Dryden won the Vezina Cup for best goalie five times.

After his playing career he became a politician and a sports announcer who did the play-by-play with Al Michaels for ABC's coverage of the 1980 "Miracle on Ice" at the Olympics.
4. Beach Boys, Genius

Answer: Brian Wilson

Brian Wilson was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1988 and the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2000. He passed away at the age of 82 in 2025. The founding member of the Beach Boys, Brian Wilson recorded epic songs like "God Only Knows", "California Girls", "Wouldn't It Be Nice", and "Surfing USA".

Many considered Brian to be a musical genius and his studio work on "Pet Sounds" inspired bands like The Beatles and Rolling Stones to match their creativity.
5. "Killing Me Softly"

Answer: Roberta Flack

Roberta Flack passed away at the age of 88 on February 24, 2025. Flack was a legendary singer and pianist who specialized in R&B, Jazz, and Adult Contemporary music in her later years. Flack's biggest hit "Killing Me Softy With His Song" won the Grammy for Record Of The Year in 1973. She had won the previous year also for "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face".
6. Batman, Iceman, "Willow"

Answer: Val Kilmer

Val Kilmer played Iceman, the rival to Tom Cruise, in "Top Gun" (1986). In 1988, Val starred in the fantasy film "Willow", which was directed by Ron Howard, and he played the role of Jim Morrison in "The Doors" (1991). Not many actors have worn the cape of Batman, but Val Kilmer owned the role in 1995 with "Batman Forever". Sadly Kilmer only lived to be 65 and passed away on April 1, 2025.

Gene Hackman won both a Best Actor Oscar for "The French Connection" and Best Supporting Actor for his role in "Unforgiven" with Clint Eastwood. Hackman played the role of Lex Luther in the 1978 film "Superman". Many sports fans will never forget his portrayal of high school basketball coach, Norman Dale, in "Hoosiers".

The veteran actor reached the age of 95 and passed away in New Mexico in February 2025.
8. "Annie Hall", "Godfather"

Answer: Diane Keaton

Diane Keaton won Academy Awards, Tony Awards, and Golden Globes during her epic run as a Hollywood leading lady. Her role as Kay Adams in "The Godfather" was unforgettable. Keaton's major breakthrough occurred with her two roles with actor/director Woody Allen.

She starred in "Play It Again Sam" on Broadway and starred as "Annie Hall" on the big screen in 1976. Keaton took home the Oscar for Best Actress for that role. She lived to be 79 years old, passing away on October 11, 2025.

Answer: Robert Redford

Robert Redford passed away at the age of 89 on September 16, 2025. The legendary actor appears in films as diverse as "Barefoot In The Park", "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid", "All The President's Men", and "The Natural". He was only nominated for one Best Actor Academy Award for "The Sting".

He took home the Best Director Oscar for his first directing effort, "Ordinary People", in 1980. Redford dedicated his later years to causes including environmentalism, Native American rights, LGBT rights, and preserving the arts.

Answer: Loretta Swit

From 1974 until 1983, Loretta Swit was nominated every single year for the Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. Her role as Margaret "Hot Lips" Hoolihan on "M*A*S*H" became one of television's most iconic actress roles. She also appeared in numerous guest starring roles during the 1970s and 1980s. Swit passed away at the age of 87 in New York City on May 30, 2025.
