Perhaps one of the most celebrated actors of the late 20th and early 21st centuries, Denzel Washington has been nominated for numerous Academy Awards for his screen roles, winning Best Supporting Actor in 1989 for "Glory" and Best Actor in 2001 for "Training Day". He's also been the recipient of the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the Golden Globes, an Honorary Palme d'Or, and a Presidential Medal of Freedom (under Joe Biden).
Washington has been featured in countless media productions, everything from a number of Shakespeare theatre roles in and out of the New York Theatre District to a leading role in "St. Elsewhere" in the 1980s to action, thriller, crime, and mystery roles spanning five decades of film.

Born in California, America Ferrera happens to be an American America. Though starting her rise to fame in teen movies like "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" (2005), she wound up being the lead character in the ABC comedy "Ugly Betty", cementing her as a famous name in Hollywood acting, and in NBC's "Superstore" for another six seasons.
She has since been the recipient of Emmy Awards, Golden Globes, and a SAG Award. In 2023, she also received her first Oscar nomination for her supporting role in "Barbie".

Appearing in a number of fantastical roles over his career, Orlando Bloom is perhaps best known for playing Legolas the Elf in the "Lord of the Rings" and "Hobbit" trilogies...and for playing Will Turner in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" film series...and for appearing in historical battle epics like "Troy" and "Kingdom of Heaven"...and for his role as a lead in Amazon Prime Video's "Carnival Row" for two seasons. Simply put, this British actor has been a well-established star for many decades in entertainment though he has also been known for his high-profile relationships with Kate Bosworth, Miranda Kerr (with whom he had a son), and Katy Perry (with whom he had a daughter).

Launching into a successful film career with massive hit movie roles in the 1990s, Cuba Gooding Jr. picked up an Academy Award win for playing Rod Tidwell in the 1996 film "Jerry Maguire". Though he continued to act in all manner of films through the next couple decades, he found significant success in playing the role of OJ Simpson in the 2016 miniseries "American Crime Story: The People v. O. J. Simpson". Off-camera in the late 2010s, Gooding Jr.'s behind-the-scenes behaviour proved controversial due in part to the #MeToo movement, leading to a series of lawsuits.

The former host of the U.S. TLC reality show "What Not to Wear" alongside Clinton Kelly, Stacy London appeared on TV for ten seasons as a style guru, helping the helpless (in regards to fashion) update their wardrobes to feel and look better. Before hosting, London worked as a contributor to "Vogue" magazine and "Mademoiselle" before its final issue in 2001. Following "What Not to Wear" she continued hosting in segments for "The Today Show" and "Access Hollywood", generally for fashion pieces, and spent a year as a guest host with the panel on "The View".

Though the great-granddaughter of Conrad Hilton, the owner of Hilton Hotels, Paris Hilton leveraged her wealth and standing into fame in her own right, coming up through social circles in New York City and getting her own TV show, "The Simple Life", alongside Nicole Richie. Dabbling in fashion, film, TV, and even pop music, Hilton was able to turn her brand into a pop culture statement, making herself a household name despite, perhaps, being seen as air-headed.
The truth is that it made her into a mogul with her businesses and media work accounting for billions of dollars of revenue.

The daughter of Italian Giallo horror filmmaker Dario Argento, Asia Argento found success in the film world as well, both appearing as an actress in front of the camera and a filmmaker behind it. In addition to roles in her father's films (like "The Stendhal Syndrome" and "The Mother of Tears"), Asia appeared in movies like "XXX" (2002), Sofia Coppola's "Marie Antoinette" (2006), and Gus Van Sant's "Last Days"(2005). Notably she also directed the 2014 film "Misunderstood", which debuted at Cannes.

Born in London and raised in America, China Chow emerged in the fashion scene in the mid-1990s having been discovered by scouts in Los Angeles. It was through this career that she was able to spring into acting (even dating Mark Wahlberg for a number of years) and eventually hosting; she would be the host of Bravo's art-themed reality TV show "Work of Art: The Next Great Artist" for two years. Though she would pull out of the limelight in the 2010s, she would remain in Hollywood social circles, eventually ending up in a long-term relationship with singer Billy Idol.

One of the five Spice Girls, Victoria Beckham was 'Posh Spice', becoming famous over time for her stake in the fashion industry despite being part of the iconic UK pop music group across all of their albums. Though Victoria would eventually go solo, she found continued success launching her label and beauty lines, in her writing, and in her high-profile marriage to footballer David Beckham, with which she would have four children.
In the 2020s she became one of the wealthiest female celebrities in the UK.
10. _____ Sweeney
Appearing in a number of smaller roles in the early 2010s, Sydney Sweeney shifted into a meteoric rise in popularity with roles in "The Handmaid's Tale" and "Sharp Objects" before taking one of the lead parts in HBO's "Euphoria". What resulted was an outpouring of roles in subsequent years, leading her into starring alongside Glen Powell in "Anyone But You" (2023), in "Immaculate" (which she produced, in 2024), and as part of Quentin Tarantino's "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" (2019).
It would make her one of the most bankable stars of the early 2020s.
