Though Batman and Superman are owned by the same company, Superman's Rogues Gallery doesn't include the three I mentioned.
Iron Man and Spider-Man are both owned by the company Marvel, and therefore have had very little to do with these three villains.

Answer: Zombies

"Resident Evil" originally launched on the PlayStation video game console back in 1996 before becoming one of the top-selling horror video game franchises on the market. Later sequels would earn 'Game of the Year' honours from different outlets and the series has since been adapted into films and novels.

In the games, the main characters must fight off zombies and mutant creatures spawned through infectious viruses created by the nefarious Umbrella Corporation. The first game in the series featured zombies in a mansion near the fictional Raccoon City.

Located in Sincheon-dong, a neighbourhood in the southeastern part of Seoul, the capital of South Korea, Lotte World is a huge recreation complex that includes two main sections: Magic Island, an outdoor amusement park, and Adventure, an indoor theme park. Lotte World Adventure opened in July 1989, and Magic Island in March 1990.

The complex, owned by South Korean Lotte Corporation, is open all year round, and can be easily accessed by subway. The indoor Adventure section is divided into four floors: among the many attractions featured there, besides the usual roller coasters, rides and such, there are a monorail that takes visitors around the complex, a Korean folk museum, various movie theatres, sports facilities, and plenty of shopping options.
