Sufferers of xanthophobia typically avoid anything yellow including clothing and food, as well as the word itself.

It can be triggered by past traumatic experiences involving the colour yellow.

Sobhuza II was born in 1899, and became king at the tender age of 4 months due to his father's sudden death. When he was chosen to be king, his grandmother and uncle ruled in his stead until he came of age in 1921. In 1967, the British recognized him as king. Sobhuza ruled until his death in 1982.

He had 70 wives and 210 childeen. His son, Mswati III succeeded him and changed the name of the country to Eswatini.
