Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
Answer:

The Beatles were an English rock band that formed in 1960 and broke up in 1970. They began recording in 1962; their first album was released in 1963. Over the years they released 17 studio albums in the U.S. (12 worldwide), 63 singles and dozens of EPs (extended play albums), compilations, music videos and video albums. They started what became known as the "British Invasion" of music in America.

After breaking up they went on to solo careers and various ventures with groups of musicians, Paul McCartney being the most successful.

They changed the course of modern music and are considered one of the most influential musical acts ever.
