The Day of the Unleavened Bread is part of the month of Passover and represents the Israelites leaving Egypt, specifically as explained in Exodus 2 of the Bible.
Matthew 26:17-19, Mark 14:12-16, and Luke 22:7-13 all describe the preparation of this feast that Jesus had in Bethlehem. The synoptic gospels all talk of eating the Passover, but it is Mark who specifically names it as "the Passover lamb". Jesus tells them to to go the city and meet a man in anticipation of finding a location for the meal. Mark and Luke denote that the man will be carrying a pitcher of water whereas Matthew calls him a "certain man". Mark and Luke also point out that the man will lead them to a furnished upper room to have the ceremony. Matthew makes no such specific distinction.
The readers of the Bible have learned that someone has betrayed Jesus. In Mark 14:10 it is mentioned that Judas Iscariot, one of the disciples, has previously agreed to betray Jesus for money. In Luke 22:3-6, the same is written, as well as the fact that Satan had entered Judas. Matthew 26:14-16 further explains that Judas took thirty pieces of silver for the deed.
As the meal progresses, Jesus announces that someone has betrayed him. This is described in Matthew 26:20-25, Mark 14:17-21, and Luke 22:21-23. In Mark, each disciples asks, "Is it I?" to which Jesus responds, "It is one of the twelve, who dips with Me in the dish." (The act of sharing food from the same bowl was an ancient sign of deep intimacy and shared life). In Luke, the disciples questioned amongst themselves. Finally, in Matthew when Judas asks if it is himself, Jesus replies, "You have said it." All three books quote Jesus as saying "woe to the man" who is the betrayer.
The books then describe the Lord's Supper in Matthew 26:26-29, Mark 14:22-25, and Luke 22:14-20. Jesus took bread, blessed it, broke it, and said it symbolized his body. Then he took the cup and said it symbolized the blood that he shed for many people. In all three books, Jesus pronounces that he will not drink "the fruit of the vine" until he is in the Kingdom of God, described in Matthew as "my Father's Kingdom". (Later the Lord's Supper as written in these books will be known as the Eucharist, Communion, the Lord's Table, or Holy Communion in various Christian traditions.)
When the meal ended, Matthew 26:30 and Mark 14:26 say that the group sang a hymn and then went to the Mount of Olives (a favored location for Jesus to pray and teach his disciples and a site that would feature later during the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus). Luke 22 does not specifically state where Jesus and disciples go after the dinner and instead progresses directly into a dispute amongst the disciples on who is the greatest one.
