Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "All Stars 11" saw the return of the 'Tournament of All Stars' bracket. This meant that how many total queens competed?

Answer: 18

Revisiting the bracket system introduced in "All Stars 10", this season had queens fitting into one of three groupings of six, each of which would participate in three challenges aiming to receive points for winning or points handed out by fellow competitors at the end of each week. The difference is that this season, instead of three queens proceeding to the semifinals from each group, only the top two would be pushed through to the last episodes.

Each episode, the top two queens received two points with the winner of the lip sync taking one more point and a $10,000 USD tip. Then, the bottom four queens would each have a point to give away to who they believed to be the Most Valuable Queen.
2. Which queen from Bracket 1 competed in every lip sync during her bracket?

Answer: Dawn

The season's first bracket, the orange bracket, featured Morgan McMichaels, Mystique Summers, Lucky Starzzz, Morphine Love Dion, Dawn, and A'keria C. Davenport, and across all three challenges, Dawn found herself in the top two each time, lip syncing for the win against Morgan twice and A'keria once. Notably, Dawn was safe every week of her original season until she was eliminated against fellow bracket-member Morphine Love Dion, but in this "All Stars" season, she finally got her win (in the third week) and crossed into the semifinals with eight points-- more than any other competitor this season-- in a run similar to Irene the Alien in "All Stars 10".
3. At the end of Bracket 1, two queens tied for points and RuPaul selected one to continue to the semifinals. Who, of these, advanced?

Answer: A'keria C. Davenport

At the end of the third round of Bracket 1, the queens distributed their final MVQ Points and tipped Dawn into the lead, pushing her directly into the semifinals, but both A'keria and Morgan ended off tied with seven points each. In the event of a tie, the decision would be made by RuPaul alone, and in this instance, she elected to send A'keria onward in spite of Morgan having been in the Top 2 on two episodes (and A'keria only winning one).

Interestingly, A'keria may have been tipped across the line by Morgan herself since Morgan rewarded her an MVQ point-- despite A'keria winning-- after the design challenge.
4. Bracket 2 saw two alliances form, both of which had Salina Estitties within them. One was called Tres Leches; what was the other?

Answer: The Pek-Pek Alliance

Although all three Brackets saw some amount of alliance play, Bracket 2 saw the strategy come to an odd head when, on the final episode of the bracket, Salina Estitties failed to pass through to the semifinals in spite of having won an episode (and the lip sync). Though she had the Tres Leches Alliance with fellow Latina queens (Crystal and April) and the Pek-Pek Alliance with fellow Season 15 sister Aura Mayari, her win in the final episode left her one point short of success and it resulted in an emotional blow-up in the wake of the point hand-out on the main stage.

In the words of Michelle Visage, "'Untucked' [was] gonna be lit."
5. Bracket 2 was saddled with this season's makeover challenge, during which they made over which of these?

Answer: Gay dads

This season's makeover challenge closed out the second competitive bracket with the six competing queens needing to go head-to-head conveying a drag family resemblance for their final shot at points, and this time, their subjects were gay fathers from across the United States. After winning the mini-challenge, Silky was given the privilege of pairing the queens to their partners. The real catch came next when the queens not only had to dress their daddies, but complete suitable hair and make-up and aiding them in performing a song-and-dance on the main stage to the song "Too Many Daddies".

The challenge ultimately gave Salina Estitties and Vivacious their first-ever wins on the main stage though neither made it to the semifinals.
6. Which of these was not a challenge faced by the third Bracket?

Answer: Snatch Game

The final Bracket, coloured in orange, hit the main stage with a five new queens and one returning All Star (in Kennedy Davenport) and ended up being the only one of the three not to contain any queens that shared the same season. In order, their first challenge was a design challenge with unconventional materials, their second was a Rappin' Roast, and their third had them reenacting interviews from "The RuPaul Show".

This season was the first "All Star" outing since the very first, more than a decade earlier, not to feature a Snatch Game segment.
7. As with the first Bracket, Bracket 3 ended with a tie. How was the tie broken?

Answer: It wasn't; Ru let both queens through

Going into the final week of Round 3, it seemed that nearly anyone could still win it all, but once the winning pair lip synced, it was apparent that Kennedy Davenport would have a near unbeatable tally of points to get into the semifinals, having won both the second and third challenges and lip syncs. Sam Star, meanwhile, held the second-most amount of points.

In order to tie this up, Jasmine Kennedie managed to rally the other queens into giving her their points, allowing her to match Sam's total and force a tiebreaker vote. And instead of choosing one or the other, as the did in Bracket 1, Ru put both of them through.
8. Which queen returned to the competition in the semifinals as the wildcard Comeback Queen?

Answer: Joey Jay

Immediately after Bracket 3's deliberations, Ru and Michelle took their discussion to the Ladies Room and boiled down the non-advancing queens to the three they wanted to have another chance at rejoining the competition, and with that, they placed Morgan McMichaels (Bracket 1), Salina Estitties (Bracket 2), and Joey Jay (Bracket 3) into the running.

The result was that Joey Jay reunited with the queens for the semifinals, emerging onto the main stage as the fourth queen from Bracket 3. It left eight queens fighting for a spot in the finals.
9. In the semi-finals, Ru did not decide the bottom two from week-to-week. Instead, the two who lip synced were decided by which means?

Answer: Rate-a-Queen

For the two weeks of semi-finals leading into the finale, the game changed a bit. In both episodes, Ru would determine the single winning All Star who would win a cash tip for their efforts, but the bottom two queens would be sussed out by the competitors themselves (excluding the winner) via the Rate-a-Queen format. Competitors could choose any criteria they wished to make their selections, and those two bottom queens would perform for the judges on the main stage.

The eliminated queen would still be selected by Ru, leaving six for the finale.
10. Which queen won "RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 11"?

Answer: Crystal Methyd

As this season closed out, the final six queens headed into the finale with the request to participate in a Disco Smackdown for the Crown, each going head-to-head on the main stage to disco classics. When the dust settled, the final performance between front-runner Crystal Methyd and wildcard winner Joey Jay led to Crystal being crowned this season's winner, allowing her to join eleven other queens in the 'Drag Race Hall of Fame'.

Crystal became the first Latinx winner of "Drag Race" (U.S.) since Bianca Del Rio and took the crown, sceptre, $200,000 USD grand prize, and a collaboration deal with Anastasia Beverly Hills Cosmetics. Joey Jay, as runner-up, took a $25,000 USD prize for placing second.
