She does not call him a 'brat', though (we as a community already give him flack for the Bratworth phase).

"Unky Boo Boo" is actually what Franziska calls Excelsius Winner ('Blaise Debeste" there) in the fanslation; she calls him "Uncle Winner (or 'Unka Winner' when she was far younger)" instead.

We know all about the 'Scruffy' thing xD. In the fanslation, Franziska simply referred to Hilda (aka 'Bonnie Young') as 'Doctor' there.
