Her work was among the first to imagine computers going beyond number crunching. In "Civilization VII", Ada Lovelace emphasizes scientific and cultural accomplishments. The second Leader is Amina (c. 1553-1610). She was a Queen of the city-state of Zazzau. She was a skillful military leader, particularly with cavalry. Amina provides increased resource capacity in cities. More settlements lead to a decreased relationship.

The fifth Leader was Harriet Tubman (1822-1913). She is best known for her association with the Underground Railroad where she helped to guide hundreds to freedom. She also served as a strong supporter of the Women's Suffrage movement. She also served during the American Civil War as a spy for the Union Army. In "Civilization VII", Harriet Tubman emphasizes militaristic and diplomatic accomplishments. She gains an increased relationship through the declaration of war. She also earns increased influence through diplomatic relationships.

The sixth Leader was Hatshepsut (c. 1505 BC-1458 BC). She was one of the the first female ruling Pharaoh of Egypt during the eighteenth dynasty. She emphasized her role as mother and father of the realm. She oversaw large construction projects during her realm. In "Civilization VII", Hatshepsut emphasized cultural and economic accomplishments. This civilizations with more wonders than her had a decreased relationship. She adds culture for every unique resource.

The seventh Leader was Himiko (3rd Century AD). She ruled over a portion of what would later become Japan. Exactly what role she played in her land's government is up for debate. In "Civilization VII", Himiko's rule emphasizes scientific and diplomatic accomplishments. She uses an endeavour called 'Friend of Wei" to gain increased science for you and your ally. She uses culture and happiness buildings for an increased relationship.

The eight Leader was Isabella (1451-1504). She served as the Queen of Castile and was involved with the conclusion of the Spanish Reconquista. She was also a founder of the Spanish Inquisition. In "Civilization VII", Isabella emphasizes economic and expansionistic accomplishments. She gains gold through discovery of natural wonders. She gains a decreased relationship through the presence of natural wonders.

The ninth Leader is Lakshmibai (1828-1858). She was the Queen consort of Jhansi on the Indian subcontinent. She was a leading figure in the Indian Rebellion of 1857. She is viewed as a great cultural heroine in Indian history. In "Civilization VII", Lakshmibai emphasizes diplomatic and militaristic accomplishments. She has increasing influence towards the incorporation of city-states. She has an increased influence towards the Leader with the least influence.

The tenth Leader is Sayyida Al Hurra (c. 1491-c. 1552). She was a Moroccan privateer and local ruler. She was part of the forced Moorish exile from Grenada. She was better known after her own lifetime. She emphasizes diplomatic and militaristic accomplishments. She receives a naval unit in turn for espionage. She has a decreased relationship with those Leaders with the largest navy.

The eleventh Leader is Trang Trac (c. 1st Century AD). She led a Vietnamese rebellion against Chinese domination. She is considered a national heroine of Vietnam. She was declared Queen regnant. The sixth non-Leader is Victoria (1819-1901). She was Queen of the United Kingdom and Empress of India. Under her reign, the United Kingdom reached its height of scientific, political, and cultural accomplishments.

The seventh non-Leader is Indira Gandhi (1917-1984). She was the longtime Prime Minister of India. She also served as the leader of the Non-Aligned Movement.
