Answer: Bulrush Express

The 'Bulrush Express' level has a four-star difficulty which, to be fair, is a bit extreme for the game's first World, Pipe-Rock Plateau, but it does require a bit more masterful maneuvering than the other levels in the early game, and the timing is necessary to get all the collectables along the way.

In this stage, when we collect the Wonder Flower, we'll be taken on a Bulrush ride, stampeding through an underground series of tunnels while a poisonous water rises. Not only do we get a Wonder Seed for finishing the track and another for finishing the level, but there's a third, behind a wall of blocks, to collect near the end.

This is the third of three levels in this World to have three Wonder Seeds.

Answer: Jump! Jump! Jump!

With a four-star difficulty rating in World 2 (Fluff-Puff Peaks), 'Jump! Jump! Jump!' is a unique level because its entire challenge involves using a Wonder Flower to give ourselves a fifty second timer during which platforms will materialize and dematerialize to the beat of a song. Only by conquering the whole journey can we reach the Goal Pole at the end with two Wonder Seeds.

The catch is that there's a second exit. If we fall at any point, we'll drop to an area beneath the course with a Goal Pole that just leads out of the level. There are no enemies and no pitfalls, so there's no way for us to lose a life here.

Answer: High-Voltage Gauntlet

It only happens once but it's momentous! Metal Mario only returns to the game in one late level in the Petal Isles as we near Castle Bowser. In this one, electrical hazards will be the main item for us to worry about though it'll appear that nearly all foes will be conductive and use that to their advantages. Finding the Wonder Flower here will transform us into Metal Mario, allowing us to supercharge and plow through enemies no matter how metallic they are. Even if we're Elephant Mario, we'll turn metal in that form.

Answer: Deep Magma Bog

This happens in the 'Dragon Boneyard', right near the very end. Although much of this late, four-star difficulty level in Deep Magma Bog seems like it's just bones all the way down, forcing us to roll with the punches by taking a ride on giant, spinning wheels in the lava, a very late Wonder Flower will transform one of the skeletons into a full-fledged Ancient Dragon-- one that resembles a light blue Yoshi.

The dragon will take a ride up and over a Goal Pole and into a deeper part of the level.

Answer: Pipe-Rock Plateau

The very first Badge we'll receive in the game, the Parachute Badge allows us to use Mario's hat to glide safely through the air, and once we collect it and equip it onto Prince Florian, we'll be able to run through at least one test level to get the hang of the technique.

Although there's a small handful of other Badges to collect in the game's first World, this might be the one worth using the most (besides, maybe, the Wall Jump Badge) because it'll allow for more precise movement.

Answer: Taily's Toxic Pond

One of the early levels of the Fungi Mines, this unique Wonder Effect comes about if we defeat all the Tailies in a certain segment about halfway through the stage, revealing the Wonder Flower and locking us away into a quiz chamber. Here, all we need to do is pull the Taily that corresponds to the correct answer (of three choices). If we can get three random questions correct within the time limit, we'll get the Wonder Seed.

Answer: Petal Isles

First appearing in 'Jewel-Block Cave', the Drill Mushroom allows us to don a piece of wearable tech that can both break through tough blocks and allow us to dig into cavern walls, maneuvering around without needing to bounce out in the open. The first level to appear in our path after completing World 3, Shining Falls, 'Jewel-Block Cave' will also be the first level in which we encounter Konks, enemies which, like Thwomps, crash into surfaces to squish us.

There are three Flying Battleship levels in the game (represented by each of the incorrect answers seen in the question) and each of them will send us to the skies to, first, navigate a constantly-scrolling battleground for all manner of dangerous Koopa machines and ammunition, and second, break it to bits by heading into the engine room and smashing the switch that seems to hold it all together.

In all three cases, the ship will be summoned by Kamek.

Answer: Fungi Mines

The 'Pumpkin Party' track plays if we collect the Wonder Flower from the first level of World 5, 'Upshroom Downshroom', and when this happens we'll be set along a course of rising-and-falling mushroom platforms, most of which are topped by jack-o-lanterns that will shoot us up into the air to reach higher platforms.

Naturally, with this being a musical moment, most of the enemies that appear during this segment are around to sing and dance, even if we have to knock them out of the way.

There's only a single level of the game that does not include collectable Wonder Seeds, and it's at a point where it doesn't much matter since it's the last story level of the game-- 'The Final Battle! Bowser's Rage Stage'. Also the only five-star difficulty level of the game unless we count Special World, it's home to the final boss battle against Bowser himself and it takes place entirely within a Wonder Effect, meaning we don't even need to find a Wonder Flower to set this one off. Completing this marks the effective end of the game, but we can always go back and complete the bonus levels or collect the last items.
