Lt. Commander Edward "Butch" O'Hare (1914-1943) was the US Navy's first fighter ace during WWII. In February 1942, he shot down 5 of the 9 bombers which were going to attack his aircraft carrier. He was the first to be awarded the Medal of Honor for his deed. On November 26, 1942, he was killed in action near Gilbert Island at the age of 28.
2. Which Canadian airport is named after Lester Pearson?

Answer: Toronto

Toronto International Airport was opened on August 29, 1938. In 1984, the airport was renamed Lester B. Pearson International Airport. Pearson (1897-1972) was the 14th Canadian prime minister from 1963 to 1968. In 1957, he awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for ending the Suez Crisis in 1956.
3. The capital airport in India is named after which Indian leader?

Simon Bolivar (1783-1830) was the Venezuelan military and political leader who led Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia to independence from the Spanish Empire.
