Plummer played a widower with seven children who falls for a student nun, Andrews, sent to be their governess. The plot was based on the true story of the von Trapp family.

Despite their pair becoming a favourite with the audience and the movie itself striking gold at the box-office, Plummer made known his dislike for it, calling it "The Sound of Mucus" per multiple crew reports. He also complained about Andrews stating that "working with her was like being hit over the head with a big Valentine's card, every day" as quoted in a televised interview. However, unlike what you'd expect after hearing this, Plummer and Andrews remained friends for decades after the filming.

Brooke Shields started out as a child model before she had even turned a year old. Later, she joined the movies as an actress. She published her memoir "Down Came the Rain: My Journey Through Postpartum Depression", in which she admitted she had to take medication to deal with depression after the birth of her child.

For some reason, Tom Cruise, a popular movie star known for iconic roles in movies like "Top Gun", the "Mission Impossible" series, and "A Few Good Men", chose to speak out against this in an interview with "Access Hollywood", claiming that "there is no science" and medication can't cure, it can only help to cope. These comments were probably due to the fact that Shields and Cruise both follow Scientology, where exercise and vitamins are promoted as a means to handle such issues, rather than medication.

Cruise's criticism led to Brooke Shields comments in an interview with "People" magazine. Eventually they buried the hatchet after Cruise went to Shields' house and met with her to apologize. This was revealed by Shields during her appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno".

Answer: Madonna

Elton John and Madonna are both considered pop icons. Elton John is famous for songs like "Candle in the Wind", "Crocodile Rock", and "Tiny Dancer". Madonna has won multiple Grammy awards since her first nomination in 1985 for the song, "Crazy for You".

During the 2004 Q Awards, Elton John was awarded as a classic songwriter. While accepting the award, he criticized Madonna saying, "Madonna, best live act? Since when has lip-syncing been live?". He went on to say "Sorry about that, but I think everyone who lip-syncs on stage in public when you pay like 75 quid to see them should be shot. Thank you very much. That's me off her Christmas card list, but do I give a toss? No."

Elton John continued in this vein years later when in 2012 he told Madonna via "Good Morning America" to "Make sure you lip-sync good" prior to her performance at the Superbowl.

Elisabeth Moss is an actor, director and producer. She's featured in popular series like "Mad Men", "The West Wing", and "The Handmaid's Tale". Fred Armisen is a comedian, actor, musician and writer. He was part of "Saturday Night Live" for over a decade.

Elisabeth Moss and Fred Armisen met on "Saturday Night Live" in October 2008, where he was a cast member and she did a cameo for one episode. In January 2009, they announced their engagement, and in October the same year they got married. Less than a year later, in September 2009, they filed for divorce.

In 2012, in an interview with "Page Six" magazine, Moss said it was painful to talk of her short relationship. She went on to say, "One of the greatest things I heard someone say about him is, 'He's so great at doing impersonations. But the greatest impersonation he does is that of a normal person.' To me, that sums it up." There is no record of who she was quoting while saying that.

In an interview with Howard Stern in 2013, Armisen confessed "I think I was a terrible husband."

Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez are both popular singers with multiple hits under their belt. In a 2001 interview with American journalist Vanessa Grigoriadis, Mariah Carey mentioned that she slept for only three hours a day. To this Grigoriadis said that Jennifer Lopez had claimed in one of her interviews that she slept for eight hours a day to get her beauty rest. Carey responded with, "If I had the luxury of not actually having to sing my own songs I'd do that too."

The feud between the two singers is believed to have started when Carey's ex-husband, Tommy Mottola, began collaborating with Lopez and allegedly passed on some of Carey's ideas to Lopez. Subsequent to the interview with Grigoriadis, Carey appeared on the television show "Larry King Live" in 2002. When questioned there about Lopez, she said, "There are rivalries, but I don't think she has anything to do with me. I mean, my whole thing is singing, writing songs. Her thing is something different."

In 2003, when Carey was interviewed by the German television program "taff" and asked again about Lopez as an artist, she said, "I don't know her", giving rise to a popular internet meme when social media took off a few years later.

Stewart is known for not holding back. Egyptian actor Omar Sharif is one of the most famous actors of his native country, and among the only ones to have made it big in Hollywood. He worked alongside O'Toole in David Lean's epic film "Lawrence of Arabia".

Sharif and O'Toole are both considered legendary actors. Apart from "Lawrence of Arabia", Sharif is also famous for his performance as the title character in the movie adaptation of "Dr Zhivago". Peter O'Toole starred in "The Lion in Winter" and "Becket".

Pia Zadora started her career in films as a child actor. She went on to star in "Hairspray", a comedy that was written and directed by John Waters. Zadora was famous for winning the Golden Globe for New Star of the Year as well as the Razzie for Worst Actress, both for the same film, "Butterfly, in 1981.

John Waters made this comment about Pia Zadora in his 1987 collection of essays titled "Crackpot".

Joan Rivers is an American actress, writer, and television host, famous for her caustic wit. After her death, her daughter Melissa Rivers stated that her mother's notes had 850 jokes on Elizabeth Taylor, a famous actress, known as much for her movie roles, as her legendary beauty and multiple marriages, including twice to the same man, Richard Burton, alone. These were captured in a book titled "Joan Rivers Confidential: The Unseen Scrapbooks, Joke Cards, Personal Files, and Photos of a Very Funny Woman Who Kept Everything" that Melissa co-wrote with Scott Currie, Joan's close friend and publicist.

Rivers' quip on Taylor going for seconds was considered to be in reference to the latter's second marriage to Richard Burton. Rivers also made fun of herself with one of her well known lines being - "I've had so much plastic surgery, when I die they will donate my body to Tupperware."

Jim Carrey and Tommy Lee Jones are well known actors who co-starred in the 1995 film "Batman Forever". In 2017, on the "Norm Macdonald Live" podcast, Carrey revealed that Jones wasn't a fan of his. Carrey commented that "every once in a while, somebody you really admire hates your guts".

He then went on to say that while working together on the film, Jones told Carrey he didn't like him and said, "I cannot sanction your buffoonery.".
