Answer: Bertram Aubrey

Harry discovers that his father and Sirius performed this unpleasant bit of magic on one Bertram Aubrey when Snape reads their names and crimes from a file of Filch's. Snape reads these names to Harry when he is in detention for casting the 'Sectumsempra' spell on Draco Malfoy in a boys' bathroom.

2. I am a dear friend of Professor Tofty, of the Wizarding Examinations Authority. I told him of the fact that Harry Potter can produce a patronus. What is my name?

Answer: Tiberius Ogden

Professor Tofty told Harry that I told her that Harry could produce a patronus. Harry then performed this charm for Professor Tofty and received full marks on his exam.

3. I am the ex-girlfriend of Tom Riddle Sr. I was with him as he rode past the old Gaunt hovel and I commented on a snake that I saw was nailed to the door. My Christian name is what?

Cecilia was Tom Riddle Sr's girlfriend in the pensieve. She is disgusted when she sees a snake, which has been nailed to the door of the Gaunt's house by Morfin.

Ernie is a Hufflepuff boy, who has a pompous manner but otherwise is quite nice. In the second year, though, he accused Harry of being the Heir of Slytherin because Harry was a Parselmouth.

Harry met up with Narcissa Malfoy in 'Madam Malkin's Robes For All Occasions'. She sneered that Dumbledore was always protecting Harry, but Dumbledore wouldn't be around for much longer.

Our headmaster, Igor Karkaroff, always held my classmate, Viktor Krum, in high esteem. It was he to whom he offered the wine. After my request for some wine was rejected, Karkaroff commented on how much food I had spilt down my front during dinner. He never seemed to like me...
