Answer: Crocodile

The hotel was created with the help of the local Aboriginal people. It measures 250 metres from head to tail and houses some 110 rooms in it's body. The rooms overlook a central courtyard. It's jaws encompass the entrance rooms.

Answer: True

Machine guns were not then in use by the French so they would load the planes up with bricks and throw them at the German planes. There were actually 2 reported downings of German planes by this method.

Answer: Antarctica

The North Pole has registered a temperature of -60C and Siberia - 67C. North Dakota has actually recorded a temperature of -71C, so not as silly an answer as it sounds.

Yes! The kinship of the two animals is proved by the almost identical skeletal make-up of each. The rock rabbit, also known as the Rock Hyrax, actually mows it's own hay, drying it in the Sun and turning it regularly. It then stores it ready for the Wintertime.

About 45,000 inhabitants of Pandhura and Sawargaon take part. Things can get out of hand though. The worst year being 1989 when there were 616 casualties and 4 deaths. In 2002, despite attempted modernisation of it, 550 people were injured. The festival dates back hundreds of years when the king of Pandhura kidnapped the daughter of the Raja of Sawargaon and fled acroos the river. Officials introduced rubber balls in 2002 but these soon ran out and the old stones were thrown instead.

The Queen would spend hours in her bedchamber firing specially made miniature cannonballs at the fleas, that infested her room.

The Australians sent around 100,000 horses to World War One and only one returned. The memorial represents the horses, donkeys, dogs, pigeons and other animals such as monkeys and goats, used as mascots.

They were amongst the first 'German' soldiers captured at Normandy by the Americans. But, mercifully, the US repatriated them.

Answer: Marlboro cigarettes, died from lung cancer

The famous Marlboro man, on all those billboards, died of lung cancer after receiving free cigarettes from the company. He died in 1992, aged 51 years.
